I stressed that I wanted to keep the length all over and the overall look the same, just wanted it to be cleaner and fresher. Well, I got layers but they are not long. I don't know the name of the stylist who cut my hair but she essentially left the bottom layer long and then cut a bob into the top layers. I'm extremely upset. I'm going to have to cut the bottom layer short just to make it look semi normal. What's worse, it somehow looks even shaggier than when I came in. Take your money elsewhere if you don't want your hair butchered.
