What's sad is I was coming here for almost two years and never had any complaints! Actually loved coming here and even recommended my boss come here as well. Before they went on vacation there was a new worker who unfortunately serviced me. He put an acrylic over my big toe which was so thick it caused pain and pressure so much so I couldn't wear shoes let alone socks. I decided not to return after that because when I came back and told him what happened NO ONE apologized or even offered some type of service so I just asked for all of my nails to be removed and never returned. Like I said I loved this shop but their new worker sucks. THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW- First of all I didn't injure it! He even said it was too thick in the first place which he should've corrected since he's the nail tech, I didn't know since this was the first time it ever happened to me. No nail ever came off, he put acrylic over the real nail that was chipped you liar! And when he put the acrylic over it it was too thick causing pressure and pain! You didn't see it turn purple and it didn't fall off! You're making it up to try and cover up for the new trash worker! I was never coming back to begin with and made that clear the last time I came so being welcome there wasn't an issue. NO ONE apologized and I definitely tipped before when I felt like a tip was deserved! I don't HAVE to tip every time I come in there either. Then the owner responded and lied saying the toenail came off and they repaired it free of charge, I requested all of my nails be removed and I PAID for that service. The owner is TRASH. look at the way they respond to people when you google the reviews. Arguing with me on the google review saying I don't tip which is why they sent me to another worker. Poor excuse and I wish I never went to them. read more

The salon and customer service are wonderful. I decided to try the powder dip nails. First time after seeing and hearing another customer just have done. So many colors to choose from. I will say it was the best my nails have ever looked. It's been over 2 weeks and still look great. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

Nails, Puppies and Police Took mom to get her nails done this afternoon. The place she used to go to closed so we decided to try Oasis Spa in South Heights because they are local and accepted walk-ins. NEVER AGAIN. We walk in the door and the guy points to polish and points to where she is to sit. She goes in and I ask about how long until I should come back for her. He spoke! He said 30 minutes. When I walk out the door I see a small cage with two puppies in it. They are outside on a ledge by the parking lot. I go over to give them pets (of course) and see that they have no water. They wer not playful but rather lethargic. According to my car it was 87. I go inside and ask the other man who was at the desk who's dogs they are. He says they are his and that he feeds them. I said they have no water and it's hot out!! He comes out and acts like he is going to give them water but by the time I was pulling out of the parking lot he was walking back in the store. I came back when mom called 45 minutes later. Puppies still outside-no water. I took pictures and I measured the cage and it was 12"x18" with two pups in it. It's not even big enough for a water dish in there! I go inside and get mom and told the man it was not right to have those dogs out there and I'm calling the police. He of course took them inside before the police got there. I showed the police my pictures and gave my information. The Sargent assured me they would do what they could. Said he's a dog person too. Moms nails are terrible! Almost every one of her fingers has polish on them and they charged her $58 dollars for a full set of acrylics with just polish no design, nothing fancy. We will never go there again other than to drive through the parking lot to check on the dogs! read more

I popped in for a manicure on natural nails. I have Obnoxiously strong nails. I usually do them myself but felt like splurging. I was welcomed in, picked my polish & sat down. So far so good. While doing my cuticles, the tech started to trim the sides of my nails. I had her stop & asked her to use a file. She complied. Then later cut 2more. My nails initially looked great, I over tipped & went about my day. Following morning while in the shower, my nail got caught in my hair. Ugh. It's one of the nails she trimmed on the sides. Later in the day, 3 nails broke below the skin line. All 3 had been trimmed causing hairline fractures in the nail. Truly ticked off. Plus very Painful. Can't believe I paid to have someone fracture my nails. read more

Called at 11:00 they gave me a 2:00 appointment and arrived early 2 other lady's were in there Went in the place, we waited until 2:50 and they close at 3:00 on Sunday's had a reservaction another lady walked in to tell off one of the nail artist because he had previously hung up on her . NOT IMPRESSED WONT BE BQCK AND NEVER RECIVED SERVICE . what a waste of time ! read more

Stopped in this salon for the first time. It's very clean and the staff are extremely polite. They take their time to make your nails look great. I was very impressed and will be back. The best part of it all is that they have TONS of color for both no chip and dip powder!! Check them out! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I paid them $50 for a full set. Which is not bad because I loved how they looked. I went on a Friday and As soon as I left a diamond fell off, no biggie I super glued it back on. Then my "Gel" nail polish started chipping. ( I've been getting my nails done for years this has never happened!!) That Saturday a nail just randomly broke. I went in, they fixed them with no hassle or no fees. Well today is Monday & ANOTHER nail broke. I work at a desk so I NEVER break any nails. They do not know what they are doing. Im not one to be negative but I work hard for my money and this entire experience has been extremely inconvenient. Please don't go here!!!! read more
