I've been going to Le's Nails on and off since I was 16. I've always gotten good service from the employees. The atmosphere is relaxed. The quality you get equals what you pay. You're not paying $70 for a full-set no chip like other places. $70 at other places gets you $70 quality (true in my case) while $40 dollars gets you $40 quality at Le's. I would recommend Le's. The only two negatives would be the wait times and when the store opens late in the morning. The wait times can be ridiculous and sometimes the stores doesnt open on time, now your stuck waiting until they arrive. However,the employees make this place worth going to, especially Aaron. Advice: when you go there, be sure of what it is you want and communicate that. State your wants and don't be afraid to speak up when your nails aren't right, they will fix them. This place is wonderful, went in this afternoon and didn't have to wait for a chair. Sat down and Li li started on my manicure, she took her time on my service and did a wonderful job. After the polish was on she cleaned up the spots where the polish was leftover and sat me under the dryer. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the pedicure chairs looked brand new! This was my 1st time coming here on the word of my God-daughter. So she said ask for Aaron for my manicure and pedicure but go to his wife for eyebrows. But once there Aaron was busy and he said it would be about an hour wait and then he said his wife would take care of me. His wife did my eyebrows and they were good, once finished she took me to the pedicure section and once we started talking about how picky I am and my last visit to the nail shop. I explained to her that I was going to a spot in Calumet City but the owner sold it and I stopped going because the quality of service had became very laxed and before I knew it Aaron was doing my pedicure. I got no chip manicure and the next day 4 of my nails started to chip . Pedicure was fine and I never done a full set so I can't comment on that but honestly the lady that did my nails must of not taken her time or done it right because how is it a no chip but it literally chips the next day . I did go back to fix one nail and a gentlemen fixed it so thank you and maybe it was her work ? I stopped coming to this place many many months ago but they do good nails but on Saturday an Friday's don't go when they are busy because they rush to get you done and if you are not getting ur nails done you can't use the bathroom unless you are getting them done. I came in that time and got a fill in and they popped up the next day then I called and talked to a lady and told her that my nails came up the next day an she said come in that day or come in the next day so i did and I told her that they are coming up the next day after getting them done I spent 30.00 then she said I have to pay 10.00 more for her to fix. I said no you fix them I'm not paying you extra money to fix something that shouldn't have came up the next day. Then she got a attitude with me and my mom saying that i'm trying to get something done for free. So don't go on the weekends when they are busy they will rush. I will never return. This place is so inconsistent, the employees are either to hungover to design a nail on your finger, or they are telling you "it's your finger, it crooked." Went here today on my lunch against my better judgement because I work 2 doors down. They never give you what you ask for. I asked to get my brows waxed, no blade. The Lady just starts blading away and denied it while it was in her hand in front of my eye. They just can't give the customer what they pay for. Then when she gave me a mirror to look at my brown, she had filled them in with black. How am i supposed to know what they look like without liner? read more

By far the worst manicure experience I've had. I live in the area and figured I would try out this place to get a no chip manicure. The woman who did my nails rushed when it was just me in the salon and I had to have her correct the shape twice because they were completely uneven. I always get a no chip because they last longer and help with growth. However I went in on a Saturday and my nails were chipped by TUESDAY. Chipping has never been a problem for me that fast. To pay $25 I would definitely recommend spending your money on somewhere that has higher quality polish and service for the same price. read more

I have been to this salon about 4 times because I'm new to the neighborhood . I've have sunny everytime, a gentleman on my pedicure once and recently the lady- unknown name. Besides the price being very good and the nails being ok especially for the price I was fine with the overly long waits because it's only 2 staff member doing nails. But this lady had turned me off this business so much.Rude!!! Loud talking over me to staff in a yelling voice. Gets upset because she pumps nail and it smears and blames you. Just a Bcxtx for other words! She is. It worth my service , I refuse to pay these foreign operations when they can't treat us properly in our community. I will not return. And I tip the rude ass last anyway and she said oh you want your change as if I would give her my entire $7 for being rude, I said yes I want $2 back and she rolled her eyes .
