I generally don't leave reviews unless the service was exceptionally bad. I used a $70 gift card here for a full body massage. Upon arrival, the owner was clearly upset and let out a frustrated huff that I was there to redeem the coupon. The massage felt rushed, uneven, rough pressure and was clear that my experience didn't matter. The masseuse (was also the salon manager) answered her phone during the massage two separate times and had a full conversation- didn't even try to wrap up the call. She was also texting and only used one hand to rub my legs. Upon leaving, the only thing she was interested in was counting my tip money immediately. This was very unfortunate that I wasn't treated like a real customer and it was purely transactional. I would absolutely save your money and avoid this place. read more

I have checked out some of the types of services offered, but when I click on the link for more information, I get nothing. I have visited two locations of this business and plan for a third, but not when you can see what information is offered. Maybe prices or services have changed, but I can't tell, because the website is inadequate. The Yelp list of services are better for this business, but still do not show the prices....HOWEVER, there is good news:) Spoke with Ana and she told me Waxing is offered, but I will find out the prices for this later on. I wish to get the full list and see if prices have changed. Massage for 1 hour is $60.00 Body Scrub is $20 dollars extra. Four hands is going to be $120 with both women. The 1st time I went to Eutopia Massage & Spa was after returning from a very long air travel and with a soared body! The Spa was supper clean (very important for me) and very pleasant. Staff were very friendly, with beautiful smiles. Cici, the masseuse assigned to me, did a superb job, noticing almost all the tight muscles in my body and gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. At times very gentle and pleasing and where needed hard (a bit painful !) but amazingly effective in relaxing the tight muscles. I left the spa rejuvenated and extremely relaxed. I have revisited the spa many more times and every time Cici has been fantastic. If I could give her and this Spa higher than 5 Stars rating, I definitely would do. This was the worst massage experience I've ever had. My fiancée & I had booked a couple's massage. I arrived 30 min. earlier to use the bathroom & as soon as I got there, the receptionist/masseuse tried to pressure me to start my massage without my fiancée. I said I wanted to wait for my fiancée and she continued to push while raising her voice. She said they were short-staffed and wanted to be available if someone else came in (??) and when I stood my ground, she walked away VISIBLY frustrated. After using the bathroom, she tried to convince me again & expresses feeling a little attacked. She said, "Ok," and walked away.. Once my fiancée arrived they RUSHED us to the room without asking us if we had any pain or any specific body parts with issues (red flag!!). The massage table was very stiff. When uncovering our backs they BARELY covered us and had a tiny TINY blanket. The worst part was that our bodies were exposed and THE DOOR WAS OPEN THE WHOLE TIME. It was so incredibly uncomfortable. The massage itself was fine. Mediocre. But not painful. The lady walked on my fiancees's back which she did without shoes. They were nicer to him but nasty to me. The whole time. Between the lack of professionalism, lack of manners, lack of technique & the fact they are open until 10:00 PM I can only imagine the type of place they are. Don't go here. Honestly, best massage I've ever gotten! Personally, I like massages that are more on the strong side, and it's difficult for me to find someone who can match the strength that I like. Anna was perfect! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage through Groupon (which, by the way, you don't need to buy because they will match the price). Both Anna and Ani were so thorough, massaging areas I didn't even know I needed massaged. If you want a soft, mediocre massage that really isn't really going to get those knots out, this is not the massage for you. If you enjoy a true deep tissue massage, then you will love this place! read more

This was an amazing massage! After 2020 and half of 2021 i needed an amazing and relaxing massage and Anne did not disappoint!! She was fabulous and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. They do decent massages depending on who you get but they're very unprofessional. I bought 2 groupons few months ago (1 for single and 1 for couple's) but everytime I try to use it.. they either dont pick up the phone and straight up tell me they wont take it.... They literally told me.. they make no money off of groupon which I dont give a fuck about... (you as a business chose to partner with them)... and I give $25 tip to each fucken "therpist" so I really dont give a fuck if they claim they make no money. As a business why the fuck are they telling me how to pay and how much tip to give? I gave $50 in tip alone last trip and it was not worth it... If they dont accept my fucken groupons soon I will report them to groupon and will update this review to 1 star. read more

I never write negative reviews so this is not easy to write. I booked my massage and got a call 10 mins before the massage for me to come 1-1.5hrs later because they were busy. I drove around for a hour and went there. They do not have full sheets to cover your body. I was given a towel to place on my back so much of my body was exposed. The therapist started the massage and 5 minutes in said, I need to take customers money and left. Then came back, started to massage me and her cell phone literally rang and she answered it. I was shocked! The table itself was the hardest massage table I have ever been on. The quality of the massage was clearly from someone unskilled. They were soooo accommodating for my husbands birthday!! So that is why I give the three stars. Unfortunately there was construction downstairs so we could hear the sounds during our massage. I wish we were informed of this because I would have opted for a later massage. The room is not made for a couples massage. It was basically two rooms with a sliding door opened between us. My husbands massage was too soft and my massage was too rough. No one asked gender preference or paid attention to the forms that were filled out asking what areas to pay attention to or avoid. There are signs advertising this place saying $45 for an hour massage so I booked an appointment. When I got there I was told it was $45 for a light pressure massage and $60 for a deep tissue massage. A slight dissappointment but no big deal. The massage itself was pretty good, I'd give it 3.5 starts. Unlike the other reviewer, my masseuse was strong. However, she kept trying to get me to add on extra services such as a longer massage or shampooing my hair. Several times I had to say I only wanted a 1 hour massage. What bothered me the most was at the end when I handed a $20 bill for a tip and asked for $5 back. I think a $15 tip for a 1 hour massage is very generous, it's over 20%. Yet she actually told me I should leave $20 since she did a good job! I was shocked that she was complaining about her tip, especially since I was leaving more than 20%! I had to reiterate that I wanted $5 back. I should have left a much smaller tip as it was, especially after she complained. I will not be going back here. read more

My husband and I were in town for the weekend for his work trip and decided on short notice that we would love a couples massage, but doubted anyone could get us in. However, what a pleasant surprise, when we called and they could take us both within 30 minutes. The location was in an office type building, but was very clean and welcoming. The massage tables were nice and had crisp, high end cotton sheets. We both had such an incredible massage that I have to say it was truly the BEST massage I've ever had! Usually there's one area you feel could've been addressed more, but my masseur was amazing and so thorough with all of my aching muscles and I left there a refreshed and renewed woman. It was my hubby's bday, so they even gave him a little longer and gave us both hot stones included, so it was quite a value for $120 for 2 people for a full over hour massage (actually a little over). We live in FL, but anytime I'm in the area, I will return for an excellent massage and we highly recommend Utopia! read more

This was by far the worst massage that I have ever had. The (female receptionist) ended up doing my massage. She rubbed and poured oil on my back the entire hour. I'm not sure about the service of the other therapists. However, my massage experience was very disappointing. I left as if I wasted my money and time. Please check the experience of your therapist! I honestly should have stopped my massage after the first 5 minutes because it was evident that she had no experience. Also, beware of them trying to upcharge you for services. She wanted me to pay more based on the pressure of the massage. Because I chose not to pay her more, she rubbed my like a gentle lamb claiming that she was giving me a Swedish massage. It was a joke! She took her time and listened to me and knew just what to do. I came in for a basic stress relieving massage after a long drive. What i got was the most deep tissue theraputic massage ive EVER gotten. Im a BIG massage person. I go as much i as can afford.Every kind you can pay for- even chriopractic massages!! This place is a gem! Anna is fabulous and gives an amazing massage! Rates are reasonable, rooms are extremely clean and they always make you feel comfortable. Anna always asks if you wish for deep, medium or light pressure. She is great at all three! Highly recommend her if you need a deep massage as she is strong! I booked for Deep Tissue massage to met by a small woman with absolutely no strength in her hands, who immediately just began massaging quickly without even talking to me about areas she needed to focus on. When I started to tell her what areas to do more work on, she got annoyed and just dismissed what I was telling her. When I asked her to use more pressure, she told me rudely that she wasn't a man and can't press any harder. When I told her that I had booked for a deep tissue massage and expected one, whether female or male massage therapist, she told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. She was possibly the worst and rudest massage therapist I've ever had- she may not even be qualified as her massage technique was not professional or correct at all. I have had many many massages in my time and this was really bad. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE! Pay more and go somewhere professional. I had a great experience. First off I accidentally went to the wrong place because I confused it with another spot. They were able to reschedule for just 30 minutes sooner than my appointment so I didn't have to skip the massage. You will pay far far far more in any other place for a massage that will be just as good for what you pay here for far far less. It was a wonderful massage. I got the hot stone. They are often on Groupon but they told me they match Groupons price, So no need to buy off Groupon. The hot stone massage was fantastic. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! FALSE ADVERTISING! This place has signs everywhere and advertisements on their website for a $45 hour long Swedish massage. They do not give Swedish massages nor know what one is. When I got there, I asked for the $45 Swedish massage and they asked me five times if I could do a deep tissue for $60 instead. I said no, and they proceeded to give me their version of a Swedish massage which consisted of the lady lightly dragging her hands of my back, almost like a tickle. There was ZERO pressure, no pressure whatsoever. She asked if it was ok and I said no I'd like a massage, some pressure, please. She then told me that ANY pressure costs extra and is considered a deep-tissue massage. After arguing with both ladies (who by the way, don't speak more than 15 words of English max) we agreed on a 30 minute "deep tissue massage" for $40, total rip off. The deep tissue was way too hard and painful, not what I wanted. They either tickle you with no pressure or they do it as hard as they can, there is no in between. After the "massage", I asked to see their certifications. They then informed me that neither of them had received any training or education on massages and were not certified. They prefer to pay cash than credit cards. I went last time and one of them ask for more tips after I tipped her. So I don't recommend anyone to go there. And she sets at the chair all the rime. It seemed at once that there was a kind and trusting relationship. The massage was truly a health benefit to me and I see every reason to return. The lady understood my English well enough to talk as long as I wanted to talk and to follow requests.
