don't expect the police in Oberlin to back up the ADA laws on service dogs being allowed in a public place of business. if an owner claims that no service dogs are allowed because it is their private owned business, then it should be posted as a private place of business and not open to the public. the ADA states that service dogs are allowed to enter with their owner, any place of business which is open to the public. the police in Oberlin will not enforce that law. I have balance problems and extreme pain when standing and walking which is why I have a service dog. without him, I run the risk of falling . the other issue for having this dog is that I have no peripheral vision in the left eye as well as two blind spots. therefore, my service dog is very much needed and cannot be left outside a place of business while I go inside. would the owner rather I fall or bump into things knocking stuff over ? read more

i had been waitin on a package to be delivered at mii residence on 05/01/2026. i woke up to a…read moremessage from the source stating: delivered at 8:59 am. i went & checked mii mailbox, nuthin... i reported thru the company that mii package was not delivered. i tracked the package- the mail courier documented, "delivered by front door." i checked the ring camera- the mail carrier never once pulled into mii driveway, nor once did he/she walk any package to mii front door. the mail carrier drove up to mii box, delivered 2 envelopes & pulled to the neighbors box, & so forth. y lie & document yu delivered the package at the front door whn yu didnt? i truly believe they stole it. i will be goin to the post office & report theft & request a full refund. it's not hard to read numbers & words. if they cant do it, they dn't need to be workin in that profession. mail is sensitive & ppl orders shudd be delivered wit care & accuracy.

What an amazing museum! Inside of an old train depot, there is so much to look at, so many…read moreartifacts. You could spend hours inside and just relax looking at things from the past. Theater seats, dentists seats, shaving supplies, so much from the past.

Wonderful museum with thousands (probably tens of thousands) of artifacts from the olden days. The…read morelady at the front desk was super nice and gave us an overview of a number of the more interesting items in the museum. One of the coolest things was an old cash register and timesheet machine (forgive me for not knowing its actual name). Also a cute stuffed mink with a flower by its ear in the back room, near the old washing machine. Don't forget to snap a photo with the crawfish outside and the old train car!
