Box, it says an apartment number with my street address. When I voiced my concerns he sneered at me condescendingly. Just because I'm old, I am far from stupid. I can read an address. I fill out a form. I have no control how the company prints it out. I have no vehicle. My medicine is coming in soon. OR IT SHOULD BE!!! I have already lost two packages to the tune of over $100. There is only one employee in here at any given time and there were about 4 people in line. The line moved quickly and the employee was super nice. Even though it's small you can do anything at this post office you need. Pick up stamps, mail parcels, change your address. There is also a drop box right in front and another one in the large lot of this huge shopping center. If you need anything post office related and don't want to brave one of the main branches try this one in Ambassador Row.

i had been waitin on a package to be delivered at mii residence on 05/01/2026. i woke up to a…read moremessage from the source stating: delivered at 8:59 am. i went & checked mii mailbox, nuthin... i reported thru the company that mii package was not delivered. i tracked the package- the mail courier documented, "delivered by front door." i checked the ring camera- the mail carrier never once pulled into mii driveway, nor once did he/she walk any package to mii front door. the mail carrier drove up to mii box, delivered 2 envelopes & pulled to the neighbors box, & so forth. y lie & document yu delivered the package at the front door whn yu didnt? i truly believe they stole it. i will be goin to the post office & report theft & request a full refund. it's not hard to read numbers & words. if they cant do it, they dn't need to be workin in that profession. mail is sensitive & ppl orders shudd be delivered wit care & accuracy.

If he finally succeeds in killing it off this time around, we will all feel the impact of higher delivery costs due to the lack of competition. Oh and you who are expecting lower taxes as a result...remember that the USPS is a HUGE USA employer and the unemployment benefits and hit on the USA budget and economy as those employees are no longer earning taxable wages and buying products will be devastating.

Someone mentioned how the Broussard branch was always empty and it is close to my house so I decided to go here. Not only was it fairly empty (two people ahead of me and the line moved swiftly) the employee was so sweet and personable. This was around noon on a Tuesday before Christmas so I expected a zoo with grumpy zoo keepers. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be doing all of my post office business here from now on. It's right off of Hwy 90, but taking the back way via Morgan Avenue will save you the traffic headache if Hwy 90 is busy.

Postal manager changed up residential delivery route. We used to get mail in our home box between…read morenoon and 2pm , now with route change we get mail at 7pm . We have to check our box at 9pm just to make sure mail didn't come late. We had great service before route change, now it's become a joke with residents going to mailbox with flashlights.
