They had opened the box already/ it wasn't even sealed. They just slapped their own sticker over it to make it look like it was a sealed and authentic product. Checked the lot numbers on them and they were FAKE. This place has some audacity to OVERCHARGE for FAKE products. Smoking FAKE products is NOT SAFE. For your health and wallet just go somewhere else. When you get inside they make you put away any bags and if you are a guy you are not allowed to bring in any bags of any size. Whereas all women can bring in purses. Her response when I asked is she could tell me a price for one cartridge "uhh but then I'd have to walk to the register" I then proceeded with "I can wait" She then makes up a price and refuses to help me. She try's to sell me other product. I get it you don't want me to buy what I want and you want me to buy what you did. But she was rude, dismissive and refused to help me. At the register I boldly say "hi I'm a yelp elite and I want to review my experience here what's your name." She literally gets mad doesn't say her name and RUNS to the back to get her manager. She doesn't even ring me up. The manager comes up and asks what happened. I tell him she refused to serve me and hasn't but I'd leave this review. He didn't want to give the name of the person. Therefore please avoid this place as much as u can until they get this person fired or trained. THIS PLACE DOES NIT PRACTICE ANY SUPPORTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. GO TO ANY OTHER CATALYST.
