Tony is a nice guy, but they couldn't deliver on what I needed. After multiple revisions nothing changed. The web designer is definitely not an English speaker and isn't in the state. I asked to meet with him multiple times and I just got excuses. He just wanted me to go through him. I wanted every specific things and they couldn't deliver. I went on fiverr & got exactly what I wanted and needed. I wasted a lot of money here. Save you money and go to fiverr, you will have one on one conversion with the designer not the middle man. Tony came over and consulted with us and got us hyped for a new website. We paid him the money upfront and from there onwards we didn't receive everything we were promised. Communication was difficult especially with his developers - I got an idea that his developer wasn't even in the country and was working from another country. So that was extremely frustrating. The site that they gave us had bad spelling and grammar so it definitely wasn't created by someone who spoke fluent English. The site that they gave us was a half version of a Wordpress theme which I could just do myself and pay a fraction of the price for. We had to take the theme they put up and literally do everything ourselves and learn WordPress and move forward. We are proud of our efforts and of how far we have come ourselves. We are truly disappointed though in this company. Don't be fooled - They start off friendly and professional and reel you in. And once you pay you don't get what you pay for. I felt like disputing the transaction with my bank everyday but I didn't want to stoop to that level. I just overpayed for what I actually got. Think twice before using this guy to create a website. Or don't pay until you get service. I hate writing bad reviews but after not being able to communicate with Tony and him making no effort to even try to pick up from where he left off, this has been sitting on my chest. This website took over eight months to complete. When it was completed it was a joke. I had items on there that we're not even mine. They put the site live. Which was a bogus site, without my products, company information or anything else. I did ask them to dismantle the site and put it under construction. Because they could clearly see it was not completed and I was told it would cost me $100 to do so. When I asked to provide me my login so I could go to the backend and try to correct it all, it took numerous emails back-and-forth to even get that. It was very difficult to communicate with them during the end and they were not good on the response. I would not waste your money with this company, they are a rip off you are better off going with a premade site EDD and put your products Response: I'm not gonna go there with you because I can send you every email and every text everything that was sent to you. You never told me the website was finished you asked me to send over product, which I did . In fact, I sent it over numerous times, you told me I needed to reformat it different ways. You never said that you were loading bogus stuff onto the site nor did you ever have me fill out information for my business name, location or any additional details. Bottom line is you got the money and you move on. I did request all my information from you to logon so I could start getting the site up and together as needed because you could not finish it to the standards that you promised. Originally when asked about the site when I saw the original layout I did say I loved it!!! I loved the layout and what you guys did. You never asked for my input on anything throughout the process. And you got upset when I ask you to change the color of the logo which was told to me after the fact. Anybody considering using you would be better going when Shopify or Godaddy to build their site from scratch. Because you over charge for a website that I could of build through these other prebuilt site for half the cost and been able to get it up a runner 100x fast. read more
