OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE! I was in and out in a decent amount of time. Physical location was clean and inviting. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I do I'm glad that there are some professional medical workers at this location. Thanks to the entire staff. Have a wonderful weekend.

I do not recommend anyone wasting time here. I went to see Dr. Hillary Pennington for covid…read moresymptoms (my husband tested positive days before), and she honest to God blamed my ear pain on the mask i was wearing. I had the mask on for a total of 15 minutes. I put it on when i got there, as a courtesy, in case i was positive for covid. She made me feel like a joke. Imagine going to the doctors office, paying a copay, waiting to be seen, only to be told that "Oh, your ears are probably hurting from the mask". I explained to her my other symptoms and she said she would call in medicine. Four hours go by, as i'm waiting for my pharmacy to call me. I call them first and realize Hillary Pennington never sent it over. I had to call her Urgent Care office back and let them know that she never called it in. I never got an apology. This was my first visit and I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Secondly, my husband has been there twice in 10 days for an ear infection. He has been misdiagnosed twice and going to a different doctor to get a proper diagnosis. He was seen by Dr. Ehtisham Khan. The medication he prescribed did nothing. I know there are different types of antibiotics for inner, middle, and/or outer ear infections. So to sum it all up, just go somewhere else. Don't be like me and waste time, money, and energy at this place. It makes it all worse when you are sick and being treated this way. If you want a doctor who genuinely cares about you and wants to help you, literally go anywhere else. I hope this review is helpful.

He takes time to explain everything and educate you on your condition. He doesn't do cookie-cutter treatments. Instead, he tailors a treatment plan to your needs and if they change during a session, he pivots so you can get the most out of your time with him. Best of all, he is kind, compassionate, attentive, and was understanding when my anxiety got the better of me. Now, I'm on the road to recovery. I look forward to physical therapy in a calm inviting space. I know I'm getting the best care possible from the same person every time, and that person has my best interest in mind. Good doctors are hard to find, and he is a gem. I am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Jack, and I can't recommend him enough.

But the difference in care is so drastic! I was floored at the kindness, attention to me and not the clock. Everyone is a part of your team cheering you on to the next goal of strengthening your muscles and rebuilding confidence that you will meet your goals. As an elder, I wasn't expecting much. Usually you are treating as if you have lost your ability to look ahead after healing not moving into your new future. This is the place for comforting, moral boosting and overall knowledge of how to care for my needs. Treat yourself to what you deserve. And in my opinion this is the gold standard for after surgery care.

It was wonderful working with Physical Therapists who understand runners and cyclists both physically and emotionally. Every session is different and begins with questions about what has happened since the previous session. At that point, the Physical therapist adjusts the plan for the day if needed. Sessions with Andrea and Cindy (Madison, County Line location) included exercises plus hands-on treatment for specific areas including massage, rolling, suction cups or whatever is needed. With their education and decades of experience they identified spots that needed attention when I did not realize those spots were the source of problems. The initial examination was very thorough and documented to identify progress. Nesin's holistic approach really worked for me. I had two sessions at a large facility and knew the impersonal cookie-cutter approach was not a good fit for me. I am so grateful that I switched to Nesin. The NTS facility is not large and overwhelming but still has tremendous resources. The staff made sure I understood how to do specific exercises at home and were very reinforcing when my progress showed that I had been working. After sessions I felt spoiled and rewarded sitting with TENS (mild electrical current to reduce pain) and either ice or heat. I am incredibly grateful for the NTS team and highly recommend them.

Everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came.) My fabulous main therapist, Emma H., is extremely knowledgeable (holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy). She's able to make clear why we're doing what we're doing and what it should make possible in the future. I feel both taken care of and educated. Constantly cheerful and encouraging, Emma obviously loves her job and loves working with patients. At Focus, you always have a 2nd therapist who helps run you through the exercises, and I often work with Ashton, who is also terrific: knowledgeable, diligent, and lovely. The location itself is always bustling whenever I go, but I've never had a problem finding parking, it's always very clean and well-kept, and it never feels crowded. I'm really thrilled my doctor referred me to Focus, and I'm grateful for the great experience I've had!
