I booked an appointment online through their website and received a text notification when it was confirmed. They are open 6 days a week - just closed on Sundays. They offer a mobile detailing service, but I just got a standard detail (exterior & interior) level 1 and that was an in shop only service. I appreciated that there were no hidden costs and that everything was available online so I knew how much it was going to be. My husband dropped his car off in the afternoon and I received a text a few hours later when they were almost done. It took about 3+ hours total which was they quoted in-person too. I was blown away with how good of a job they did! They got rid of sand that was in my husband's car since 2018. I also didn't know his car display screen could be so clear.
