I booked an appointment online through their website and received a text notification when it was confirmed. They are open 6 days a week - just closed on Sundays. They offer a mobile detailing service, but I just got a standard detail (exterior & interior) level 1 and that was an in shop only service. I appreciated that there were no hidden costs and that everything was available online so I knew how much it was going to be. My husband dropped his car off in the afternoon and I received a text a few hours later when they were almost done. It took about 3+ hours total which was they quoted in-person too. I was blown away with how good of a job they did! They got rid of sand that was in my husband's car since 2018. I also didn't know his car display screen could be so clear. I took it to McCain Auto Glass first thing this morning, and by 1:00 PM the passenger rear window was already replaced. They were extremely busy, but the beautiful, dog-loving soul at the front office understood my situation, worked me in, and even sourced the glass right away. When I picked up my truck, the interior looked absolutely perfect -- not a single piece of shattered glass anywhere. Their service was fast, professional, compassionate, and very reasonably priced. Had service prior of tinting on my car and I was satisfied a year or so ago. I wanted to try again…read morebecause I bought a brand new car for my wife. I talked to the owner about getting a remote start and tinting which he was researching. They offered me a deal for $450 for the remote start and tinting on the new vehicle. Then I found out I needed a OEM part from the manufactorer which wasn't an issue. I will get VW to do it because this place refused to install it. Other places not named VW would install it though. No issues as I will pay retail at the dealership or get someone else to do it at a nominal fee. I then tried to contact them to at least to tint my wife's new car and they didn't respond. I mean just call, text or email and say we are busy or don't want to do your car but no response is just bad business. I guess it was either the bundle of remote start with their product and tint or nothing at all. Guys if you want to cherry pick your business than that is fine but as a customer we can help provide proper feedback about our experience with this company or others. I usually don't post feedbacks often that are negative but I felt this one was merited because of the lack of communication. I simply asked for a car tint and they already gave me a price to get it done. I only needed appointment to bring it in which they never gave me after a few days and multiple contacts. I will find someone that will want my business. I hope this is only a small blimp on their record and that this is an isolated incident; however, if that isn't the case it will be seen here by other potential customers as the issues will spread.

My headlights look great now and perform better than they have in years. My only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner.
