The price, I'm told, is based on how dirty things are, to be judged once they are there. I get messaged on Sunday they would not be making it and we reschedule for 10am on Monday. Monday 10am comes around and it's a no-show with no communication. Then I get messaged at 11am that they will arrive at 11:30. When she arrives an hour and a half late - just one person to do all the cleaning - the price jumps to $180 and there is now a $15 per pet surcharge that was never mentioned or asked in the prior conversation. I ask how, if $150 was the upper end for super dirty (which our house is no where close to being), we're at the max end of the scale already. She says that it may just look clean, but it could be really dirty. At this point I politely decline the service at $180 and she politely leaves. My suggestions for a better future customer experience would be: 1) Be upfront with additional fees. If you are going to have surcharges for common things like pet ownership, ask or mention that when giving an estimate. 2) Don't give a wide price range and then put the customer on the spot to pay you even more than the maximum you quoted. 3) Rescheduling on the day-of is frustrating but understandable since there are unforeseeable circumstances. Rescheduling to a new time you yourself proposed, no-showing, and then messaging a new time an hour after you no-showed is unprofessional.

Scheduling was easy just message via Yelp then the rest of contact is via text and call. On the day of the cleaning, she texted me about 2 hours before arrival also called to confirm. Then again when she's on her way with ETA with another text when she's about 5 minutes away. So as you can see very good at communication. Every normal cleaning I've ever had has included the items she didn't feel the need to clean. I'm honestly not sure what she did clean. The items I found that weren't cleaned were, wipe down of the the stovetop, microwave, windowsills, underneath the credenza (as per specific discussion). The bathroom upstairs had hair/dirt on the sides and behind the toilet. The chairs in the dining room with the cat weren't total vacuumed, the other chair wasn't vacuumed at all. We had specificly talked about that as well. The stairs weren't vacuumed. The shelf under the TV wasn't completely dusted. Not even sure if the pictures or anything else were either. When requesting a partial refund this is the response I received... "Sorry I missed a few spots, you paid for a regular clean that is on discount ,not deep clean. Microwave and stove and all windows was not included, especially for that price. I also did extra work for free, such as cleaning most interior windows & which we only discussed for the porch and upstairs. To my understanding There is absolutely no refund as it says on the website. I Apologies you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, I don't mind coming back and doing a deep clean for a great discount." I appreciated that she was willing to come back.
