We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. They arrived right on time and were incredibly thorough cleaning everything from top to bottom. They got stains out of my oven I assumed would be there till the end of time. We have a decent amount of clutter and my one concern was that items would be misplaced or put somewhere I wouldn't be able to find them, but that wasn't an issue at all, they cleaned around our little piles of stuff and even made them easier for me to organize. I think Adriana's rates are more than fair considering the quality of work. No doubt I will be calling them again in the near future.
