When comparing tint options, the installer only showed me CTX and Pinnacle in noticeably lighter shades, while Stratos was shown in a darker shade. This created the impression that Stratos was the only film available in the darkness I wanted, even though all LLumar lines come in the same shade percentages. Because of this presentation, I ended up choosing the most expensive option without realizing that CTX or Pinnacle in the same shade would have looked similar and cost significantly less. The tint performs correctly, but the sales approach felt like a gimmick designed to upsell rather than inform. Overall, good workmanship but disappointing transparency

I had come back today to try and finalize the pricing and show him what I wanted to actually get done same gentleman was helping me and then a few minutes later I believe the owner came out and sort of took over the conversation umm I went through the items and the first thing that threw me was to redo my 4 aluminum wheels back to stock finish they had a few road burns on them and other issues and I have priced this wheel correction out numerous times and most of the time it would come out to about $600 or $800 maximum. He began to spout pricing at ridiculously high values and for instance the four wheels he said $1300. I told him I said that's almost double everybody else's and he said I don't care! Which I proceeded to say I guess you've lost this sale and I headed out and he could care less... I have no idea how good these guys are but with that type of customer service how am I "RICH" friends I would stay clear of this shop.... So glad I had this interaction with the owner prior to actually making an appointment if I had any idea he was this arrogant I would have never come back....

Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were.
