I found PDS through the Internet and contacted Hector looking for ballpark prices for my wife's car, which needed some protection from the Florida Sun. The car is 10 years old with only 33,000 miles on it and it was only waxed once in all those years. The sun was tearing up the clear coat. Hector quoted me a few prices via text (very professional messaging), but stated that he needed to see the car to determine the condition and plan of attack. After a few days, I asked Hector to come out on a Saturday and he agreed. Hector was in my driveway at 8:30am Saturday morning as agreed, right on time. He offered me a couple of options and prices up front, no bullshit. We agreed on a plan and price and Hector went to work. I watched some of what he was doing and he appeared very methodic, and confident in his work. He has very new looking equipment and awesome advertising on his work van. It was very hot that morning and Hector worked on my wife's car a little over 2 hours, inside and out. It came out sparkling and reminded me of when we took it home from the dealership. It's not a Rolls Royce, but it's our little car. Hector did a great job on our car. It rained a little after Hector left, so we moved the car under the carport. My wife drove her "new" car to work next day and is so happy her baby is clean and shiny. It rained 2 days later and with the great sealer job that Hector did, the rain was just beading off the car. These guys are great! Extremely reliable, arrived 10 minutes early to make sure everything was set up. I had a really ugly scratch from someone that hit me on my passenger side and they were able to color correct my car and made it look perfect! ( I didn't have to go through my insurance company to get it fixed ) which would have cost me a lot more. He even hooked me up, and corrected an area that I messed up on my own while washing my car one day and I used a Brillo pad smh but he helped me out and said it was very common, also educated me on things I need to do to maintain my cars color and looking good and of course what not to do! Hector is professional and personable. I met him back in 2022, which my review for that time never uploaded. He blew me away and made my car look brand new! I honestly had never seen my car (especially my wheels) that clean. I'm uploading photos from then and the before and after from my most recent detail with him. I expressed to Hector that I wanted the interior to be the main focus since there was dirty/sand in crevices I could not get with tools I had on hand. Hector listened and was completely transparent on pricing. He went out of his way to schedule me asap, on a day where he had no other bookings and was traveling out of state in the evening. Once he looked at my car in person he said the price he quoted me was too high and this would be a quick job for him. He reduced the price significantly, his honesty is something I don't think you would find anywhere else. I expected the job to be 3-4 hours at minimum but he had it done in about 2. Unfortunately this is a mixed review. Unfortunate because I cannot take fault in their washing and cleaning service. It is top notch. My only compliant lies within the worker that decided he didn't like the radio station I had on and took it upon himself to play with it to find his own station. How do I know? My wife and I were standing just inside the building watching him. Normally I wouldn't have an issue but for some unexplained reason he didn't like Sirius and changed to a FM station. Whatever he did we could not retrieve Sirius again. A coincidence? Maybe. It required us to call Sirius to give us a reboot. That took time. When we contacted the manager, later that day, he dismissed the whole incident. He was sure his employees would never mess with the radio-only to clean it. Basically he called us liars. Nice manager. What happened to an apology and I will speak to our crew? He never even asked us the name of the individual, which we did have. I guess this manager needs a lesson in customer service and customer retention. read more

After last week's detailing my two cars and seeing the results we asked Wellington to come back this weekend to tint our windows. Again, he did an excellent job. Also worked on our headlights, and even spot cleaned and polished spots that had gotten a bit dirty since he had worked the previous weekend. He is meticulous and very clean. There is never a mess after he leaves. Neighbors commented on what a great job he had done. I'm just sorry I did not do this earlier.
