The reason for the 3 stars was everything else. This includes the food and the service. It felt to me like ordering food was a bit of a nuisance. First they did not have all of the item menus and the food I did order ( beef dish ) tasted like fish. I only ate the rice and the rest of the food sat on the table and enjoyed the band as well. The wait staff also seemed like they didn't want to be there. Also I noticed that there was no female wait staff, at least not on Tuesday. Not saying they should or shouldn't.... Despite not having the culture and history behind it, it is still a very good experience and would highly recommend for the drinks and ambiance.

We just got one Soco shake to start with, which turned out for the best since their drinks apparently have a great kick of alcohol in them, despite the innocent squeeze bottle they use and the drink's misleading sweetness. We didn't get to try anything else after that. If you like your drinks with a great buzz, I guess this is the place to have them. The experience will be forever marred by their men's bathroom lacking a door though. I can take a gross bathroom (and it was kinda gross), but I do appreciate a little privacy, even if I'm just using the urinal. I'm friendly, but not *that* friendly. Joking or not, for someone responsible for patron safety, this felt in poor taste and sounds like he wants to look or sound intimidating. It's a remark that unfortunately sticks with you. And it was of bad taste. Good selection of wines too and a decent repertoire of Single Malts (for a price!). Bar chow is available too if you feel like you need more than the refillable snacks they serve you. It's also the perfect place to have an intimate conversation or a casual meeting. Cigar smokers and smokers alike will enjoy the fact that you can smoke here (sorry non-smokers!). Price points are expensive compared to your average bars or speakeasies but you're at The Peninsula after all. The ambiance is dark, moody even, and they play a lot of progressive electro house most times I've been there. This isn't your typical bar where the standards are available and the bartender looks like your dad's pare. The bartenders here are definitely serious mixologists and there's no drink here I haven't enjoyed. There's a good selection of imported beers here, though I would like to see more local filipino craft here since the only local beer option is San Miguel Extra Dry unfortunately. Come here to chill with friends and let off some steam. They also offer food selections from their other neighbor, Joe's Meat Shack. If I'm not looking to go crazy on my few nights off and I'm looking for some straight chill, Finders Keepers is definitely a keeper for me.

In fact, when I was taking a photo of this sign, I was part of a firing range of people along the bar trying to get the same shot. It's hard not to. Statemently emblazoned in orange-red on the wall of this dimly-lit room in a warehouse hidden from mainstream Makati (to some, the all-encompassing word to describe the place may be "hipster"), it is a sign of things to find and keep: good music (from rock to electro to even jazz on Sundays), good vibe, good cocktails (love their F+K Sour!), good company, good times!
