She adjusts according to what you want and need. I carry a lot of stress in my upper shoulders and Maria worked hard to get the knots out. She also did some myofascial release on me which was a very interesting experience. She says there are many clients that come often for myofascial release and have had great results. The room is very well done and relaxing. She does a great job making the whole experience blissful and a great escape!
