They have a huge selection of heath foods and specialty foods for different kinds of diets. They have lots of gluten free products. Lots of products for those following a Paleo diet. They have some products that are Keto but it doesn't look like they carry any strictly marketed Keto products but lots of the sweetener replacements that are allowed on keto they have.
