Person in staff this particular day was extremely helpful & professional. Great store with all sorts of things to look at. Store doesn't look big from the outside but it is. I came on my lunch break thinking I would be in and out really quick and ended up spending about 35 minutes in the store looking at all their products. They have a huge selection of heath foods and specialty foods for different kinds of diets. They have lots of gluten free products. Lots of products for those following a Paleo diet. They have some products that are Keto but it doesn't look like they carry any strictly marketed Keto products but lots of the sweetener replacements that are allowed on keto they have. They have lots of fresh fruits and grass fed meats. Lots of non meat and non dairy products if you are vegan. A wide variety of supplements and homeopathic medicines if that's something you are into. Besides everything being laid out beautifully in the store, the staff is some of the best staff I have ever come across. I was one of two customers in the store. There were 3-5 staff that I saw and every one of them I interacted with made sure to greet me and made sure that I was finding everything OK and to let them know if I needed anything. If you are needing a good heath food store, you should definitely make it Nutrition Discount Center. You will not be disappointed.

As a first time shopper, I asked about the return policy and was told it could be returned for in-store credit. The sleeves proved too short, so I tried to return the purchase today. Initially the cashier said there was a 10 day return policy on clothing and refused the return. I explained the information I had been given, but since it was seasonal, she would only make an exception to exchange it for the same clothing item. She referred me to the back of the price tag, which does explain the policy; but what I was verbally told was different. Well, a larger size doesn't have longer sleeves, but since I had no alternative, I made an exchange. I said that as a first time shopper, it didn't give me a good impression of the store. Nothing more was said. (BTW, the item is now on sale for 20% off vs my 10% discount. Bottom line, I thought this might become a store I would shop frequently, but now I will not return. I try to shop local, but with policies like this, it's no wonder larger stores are winning the retail race.
