My Experience at This Location (April 2026) I wish I had known what other reviewers experienced before I walked into this store. My visit matched the same pattern described repeatedly here: extremely high‑pressure sales tactics, emotional manipulation, and no disclosure of a "no refund" policy until after payment was processed. I was approached with a "free sample," then quickly steered into a back room for an aggressive sales pitch that escalated into thousands of dollars in products I never intended to buy. The salesperson used urgency, flattery, and pressure to keep me from leaving or thinking clearly. At NO point was I told that all sales were final. After leaving the store and realizing what had happened, I researched the business and found dozens of nearly identical complaints from other customers. The Better Business Bureau currently lists this location with an F rating and notes multiple unresolved complaints. I'm adding my voice here so others can be aware before visiting. If you're considering stopping in, I strongly recommend reading the reviews first and proceeding with caution. I was handed a sample I didn't ask for, and before I could politely decline and keep walking, the person got pushy -- calling out my under-eye area like it was some kind of emergency. I had a good experience here overall. The place was clean and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. They took time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin felt really clean and refreshed afterward, and I noticed a nice difference for the next few days. The experience felt professional without being overly complicated. Blatant scammers. Saying "no" is an extremely important life skill. I strongly encourage anyone to practice it here. Do not let them hand you a "free" handout lest they physically grab your arm, pull you into the store to steal your hard earned money after slathering their bare dirty hands all over you while trying to blast a Botox gun in your face. The fake Italian accent was embarrassing. Stay away. 5* = A top favorite. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Horrible store. They use pushy sales tactics, lies and trickery to get your money out of you. They cover their "no return" policy sign behind a golden camel. The salesman there offered to refund my money and ended up tricking me into signing a charge for over $2600! When I asked what what the heck!?! He insisted he told me cost, when he did not. He also INSISTED he explained the no return policy when he never did until after he charged my card. I went back and asked for my money back. They were rude and told 5 different versions of "their side". They refused to give me my money back but called me later to offer $500 back. These people are thieves. Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff is super friendly and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. I got a facial treatment and honestly, my skin felt so good - fresh, clean, and super glowy. They really know what they're doing and gave me great advice along with some amazing product recommendations that actually work for my skin. The products were a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I was in the mall with my young niece when the pushy sales rep would not take no thank you for an answer for not coming into his store and kept harassing me as we walked past him, and upon concluding our shopping at the mall we walked past the store to exit the mall and he told me that I was obnoxious????? My mother and I were roped into taking a look at this place. The woman was aggressive about trying to force the supposedly $1000 cream for only $150 on my mother. It comes off like a scam. We didn't buy anything, but I have a feeling that while there may be some absurd $1000 cream out there, it definitely wasn't here. read more

If you do purchase the products and then regret the purchase, there is no return and no refund. I was promised nine facials, and I had an appointment for one, but I had to cancel because I was ill when I tried calling two other times nobody answered, I want my money back I didn't get a receipt however it's on my bank statement and it was a lot of money Which I can't really afford. I totally agree with the previous review as my contact with Ocean Elements also known as Lavelier in Park Place Mall, Tucson was very similar on Nov. 29, 2023. I was given a free below eye treatment and was told the cost of cream was $150.00. She continued talking about the company's other high quality products and then returned to the cost of cream was $250.00 for 6 month treatment. I commented, "I thought you said, $150.00". She said no and offered it to me for $200.00 if I purchased it today. She described how to use the product and use it first 2 months daily then weekly. After purchasing she said, "Let me see if the other employee can give you a free facial massage. The other employee did use that $12,000 hand held machine. She was extremely forceful negotiating how I could get the hand held massager "free" if I scheduled a year of facial treatments with monthly cost of $350.00. I say forceful because every time I said that I could not afford it; she provided other options of lowering the cost. When I arrived home, I looked at the the purchased product box, Lavelier marine instant wrinkle corrector and the directions said to use on a weekly basis; I was not told that at the time of purchase. I looked at the receipt and the bottom was; "No refunds. Exchanges only within 14 days". I was NEVER informed at the time of purchase that there was no refund. Is that legal? How is this business still doing business? Shouldn't someone investigate their practices? I feel preyed on. read more

I was pressured into the hard sales stuff they do. I came home and tried it on the other eye. It did not feel the same as many users say. I can testify that I felt the same way when I got home. I didn't think I would get a refund but I wanted to know why it didn't work like it did in the store. I called ad they were super nice and told me to come in and they would show me why and how to use it. It feels different in the store because they quickly dry it with a fan and that is what dries it fast and does that result. I do not know how it will work overtime if at all but I will say to all those who say it isn't the same .... it really is but the only difference is a fan! You shouldn't use a fan though as it is just for demonstration. It does feel different at home but it is the same product they use in the store. It is supposed to feel like it does at home. If you fan it for instant results it will flake off as it isn't for a fan. I gave a three because they were nice enough to show me that it was the same product but had to go back to find out why it didnt feel the same and will have to see over time if I wasted my money. read more
