I have never been treated with such caring, consideration, humility, and empathy as this doctor did. The doctor even accommodated my husband during holiday, its rare to find such a physician who genuinely cares about his patients as this doctor. The second session in January was a full day of restorative yoga, guided meditation, essential oil crafting and blending, sound healing, journaling and more. These were really fulfilling experiences for me and my best friend. The sessions left me feeling at peace and very limber. I enthusiastically recommend this facility and it's instructor, as it is a peaceful, joyful setting designed to stimulate and enhance all the senses. Provided were healthy vegan/gluten free snacks and/or meals, tea and water, equipment such as mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, enrichment materials, flower crowns, crafting supplies, sanitary & pleasant bathroom accommodations, and fire pit access (weather permitting.) Special accommodations can be made for overnight stays. The yoga and other enrichments are conducted in a red and white climate controlled barn that once housed two Clydesdale horses. I found the setting and companionship to be both grounding and encouraging. The Yoga Barn is located in picturesque, lush farmland; it also serves as an animal rescue and some of its current residents that I interacted with include Ella the pig, a mini horse, a small donkey, a Labrador Retriever... my inner child and adult self were extremely content with the surroundings and participants, both two legged and four. Originally posted 4/2023:…read more Please, if you value your mental health, DO NOT GO HERE. Right now I'm being retroactively charged for appointments from MONTHS AGO. I've paid my co-pays but still this practice is demanding money that I don't owe and refuses to connect me with my psychiatrist while I am in the middle of tapering off my medication (this is a HUGE danger to my health and well-being). UPDATE: I had to go for a psych eval. at the ER a few weeks ago because I was having such horrible mental side effects after having to taper off my medicines WITH ZERO medical guidance. This practice has lied to me multiple times. They have told me my health insurance hasn't paid anything out (a lie, I have an explanation of benefits that proves my insurance paid what they were supposed to). Then I was lied to again and was told the PA-C I've been seeing has been out-of-network the whole time, even though I've been charged the in-network rate for months. I love the PA-C I've been seeing (Christina Tallone), but unfortunately cannot tolerate such a LYING, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL office staff, namely the office manager, who decided to suddenly tell me when I was on the phone with her, "We're not taking your insurance anymore," all because she was annoyed with me. They outright refused to send me a letter confirming this. The office manager also lied to me about HIPAA compliance; when I tried to get my partner on the phone to talk to the office manager because I was getting too upset to carry on with the conversation as she kept interrupting me, she claimed I was violating HIPAA even though I gave express verbal consent that my partner was allowed to talk about my situation on the phone with them. Under HIPAA, formal authorization is not needed to disclose patient payment information; verbal consent from the patient is enough. So really they violated HIPAA... UPDATE: In another attempt to extort money from me, the office staff purposefully and wrongfully billed my secondary insurance company (THE WRONG ONE) which I previously specified does not pay out for mental health. This practice should not even be in operation. I hope to see them shut down one day. No one should have to go through what I'm going through with them.

The facility is decrepit and dirty. The second floor smells of nothing but urine. I worked in…read morehospital settings and have never smelled any care unit, long term or otherwise that smelled this disgusting. Also, they disregard patient rights, catering to family members with ill intent. On their cameras, if they have them and had they paid any attention, they would see a family member horse collaring a patient. Yet they cater to this person, and isolate the patient against their will. After speaking to the Ombundsman of the Center for Aging, Veterans Affairs, my attorney, and my father's VA advocate (whom the facility and the family member used as a scape goat to deny the patient's rights) all told me this was illegal. They deny patients the opportunity to speak to or see their family members based on the wishes of the power of attorney. As I said, this is illegal based on the information conveyed by ALL the above sources. They have also taken incorrect notes regarding calls of the patient. If they can not take proper notes, how could their charting POSSSIBLY be done accurately and correctly? Charting is the way in which a facility covers their ass and ensures patient safety, i.e documenting medication, baths, incidents, etc. If they fraudulently note phone calls, what should we expect from their charts? They don't have the common sense to note that more than one phone may be under a single cell phone account. My father was denied calls from me, his daughter, because my cell phone number is under my mothers account, his ex wife. They did not, however, note the number was not my mothers which they easily could have, as I left them my phone number, and my step mother has my telephone number. So, duh! Also the halls are lined with equipment which according to several oversight agencies this is considered highly unsafe and is not allowed. However, patients in wheel chairs find it very difficult to move through the halls. Apparently, this facility has a very high fall rate as well, which is no surprise. Emergency services would struggle to navigate the halls in a code blue situation. Of course, its likely the nursing staff would take a while to notice that someone had stopped breathing since while I was there a patient was yelling for over an hour and a half because they were sitting in filth. NO ONE HAD CHECKED ON THE POOR LADY. We had to seek help ourselves. The facility is falling apart. Light fixtures hanging, wall paper hanging... The excuse? COVID. COVID was years ago. Come on. This place should be shut down. I also wouldn't feed a dog the food they feed their patients. The nursing home business is quite lucrative so this is very indicative of how their administrators and directors feel about their patients worth. This facility should be shut down. Dying here, neglected and alone, are people's family members, Veterans, loved ones, HUMAN BEINGS! ROSEVIEW SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Can't wait for the Department of Health to get involved.
