The Imperial is probably the only Chinese I've been to that was really obviously of a higher standard than average. I've eaten in 2-3 times, and had many take aways during my 6 years in Plymouth. Every dish, and I tend to try a variety, that I had here was very good. Would definitely recommend Imperial Garden if it's a Chinese in Plymouth that you are looking for.
