The staff were excellent but indicated that only the manager had the authority to allow a replacement. I asked to speak to the manager and was able to hear the walkie talki transmissions back and forth. He refused to come out and speak with me and in essence said" tell the customer too bad". I will not come out and talk. I stated that if I didn't receive a replacement ,then they would be lossing a valuable customer. No response.
