I was there for Dr. Les and Melanie, then they switched to Reald who does great work. However, towards the end of last year, they gave me a bill for all the co-pays I never paid, even going back to Dr. Les because of "a mistake that took place before he(Reald) took over." I never knew I had a copay until last year when I got the bill. I paid them $673 after the "wonderful" $400 discount they gave me. It had been brought to my attention that they SHOULD NOT HAVE gotten any money from services they did not provide and when I confronted him on this on friday March 13th and asked him if he had given my money to Dr. Les since it was him who provided the service and Reald said, "well no, i havent given him the money yet." I paid him his money in January! All of that to say, keep your receipts!

One memorable moment was when he pointed out the protrusion on the inside of my right foot and commented that it was one of the worst he'd seen. The nursing staff were also professional along with making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Sheikhizadeh came into to the exam room within minutes of me getting in there( which almost never happens in most doctor offices !!!) After examining my foot he made a diagnosis quickly,explaining treatment options,along with shoe choices which will also help. He was able to give me an injection then and recommended I come back in a month for a recheck. I am thrilled with the doctor and his team. And to top it off, I don't have to drive to Olympia !!!!!!!
