Lots of machines available on Sat afternoons when I come. The attendant is friendly and always greets customers like they're friendly. Some strange people come in once in a while, but all in all a nice place. I'm glad to have found it. Washing is around 2.75 per load and dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes. You can also drop it off for $0.95 a pound. But snack machines and facilities make the wait not so bad.

I needed to vacate my house and the person I was living with had to take the day off just for this move. I got a message saying that they would be late. And that it wouldn't be till approximately 3 o'clock. 3 o'clock came and went. I messaged them and called them at 3:20 and nobody picked up or replied. At 3:45 I messaged again to please contact me because at this point the person I'm living with had to pick up his daughter and it was going to be getting dark. Finally, I got a response via text, not the courtesy of a phone call, saying that none of the workers were picking up their phones and there was nothing that she could do about it. There was no offer to give a discount or schedule another day for there inconvenience. I canceled both moves, wasted an entire day along with my roommate losing a day of work. I'm going with somebody else who is reputable and cares about their customers and gaining more customers. I would advise against using this company. Customer service is horrible to not even pick up the phone and address the situation. Even if you didn't have any good news, the customer deserves to know what is going on. After I replied to cancel the whole thing and that I'd be writing a review, I STILL got no reply. Both of us wasted our entire day on a very time sensitive move and I was left scrambling trying to find somebody else. Thank God I found one. I can't say anything about the movers because I obviously never got a chance to use them, but the customer service is awful. Don't waste your time or money on this "business".
