What impressed me the most was how we were welcomed as "part of the family" from the moment we walked in. We watched a class and even got to participate a little. The instructors are very supportive and took the time to explain things. I feel like all of the emphasis has been placed where it counts, which is on the students and the art. It doesn't feel like a corporate money machine at all and the prices are very reasonable. Don't expect a flashy dojo however it has what you need, where it counts. The extra challenge of actually finding the dojo is also quite rewarding as it is way in the back and difficult to locate :)

Bart (the owner) personally answered the phone the first time I called, and welcomed me to take 1-2 weeks and check out all the classes I might want to get involved in, which, I did. I enrolled for the Krav Maga classes, which are fabulous, and was quite quickly persuaded to try Jeet Kun Do, Sancho, Striking, Wing Chun, Kickboxing and my favorite, Jiu Jitsu.
