I wrote a review on their website that Ocean Suds did not like regarding their washers not cleaning well and using the appropriate amount of water to wash the clothes well to even remove smells or rinse clothes thoroughly & the dryers actually not drying the clothes. I could not respond to their answer to me under their website since they blocked me. So the response to their passive aggressive response to me is.yes, I do know how to wash a load of clothes, I use the appropriate amount of detergent as per directions on the bottle & did not overload washer or dryer. Washed 2 separate medium to small sized loads as a matter of fact. The load of clothes that I put in dryer didn't even fill up a quarter of it's industrial size. Rarely do laundromats except for bulky bedding items. This place is clean, has new equipment, has the heavy duty commercial machines and self serve card machines. The attendant is friendly, very helpful and she will do whatever laundry you have so you don't have to. My comforter came out good as new. Highly recommend. read more

The "attendant" was lounging in customer chairs with her legs swung over the chair next to her. I was there for about 2 hours doing my laundry. The attendant never looked up from her phone where she appeared to be face timing for part of the time. The other time she was just talking on her phone. Customers were left to figure things out on their own. The other female attendant isn't any better. She sits behind the counter & watches movies on her computer. There are also a group of guys who aren't doing laundry but hang out in there forever. I come in sometimes twice a week & they are always there. They are loud & off putting. This place never was like this a year or so ago. The guy who works there is okay but not good enough to offset the bad. Bathroom was dirty also. No way to run a business! read more

less than 1star. complete ripoff if you drop off and allow the staff to "wash" your item. brought queen mattress pad to have them wash and dry. paid $29.00. they packed the pad into a plastic bag. when I arrived home the sweat stains were still there. i crammed this heavy item into my Maytag washer and washed myself. stains were gone. before I moved, I use the laundromat faithfully every week never had a problem today. I used one of the wash machine to go to work and clean my clothes clothes smelled like dirty clothes. I still had hair on them. They were not washed I let attendant know that the clothes were not washed. That was something was wrong with that washer. She proceeded to just look at me. and the process of all this another couple proceeded to try to use the wash machine that I used and it wouldn't even turn on for them so obviously there was a problem with the washing machine , instead of offering my money back $10 , or to put my clothes in another machine so they can be washed, I received only a look . now I am on my way to another laundry mat to spend more money to clean my clothes. like I said I never had a problem here before, but the situation could've been handled differently. I will in the future twice about coming back here. read more

The attendants were very helpful and just wonderful. The establishment was very clean and I felt comfortable doing over 10 loads of sheets and comforters there. They have a few very large capacity machines that really helped speed up the process. read more

There were four people in the laundromat, one was the attendant. Only ONE person was wearing a mask and the attendant wasn't one of them. Having a mask on below your chin doesn't stop the spread of COVID-19. I didn't even go in. There is a sign that says no mask no service however, if the employee isn't wearing a mask, who is going to uphold the rule? Why have the sign if it doesn't apply? read more

Wonderful laundromat ! They have a very helpful attendant, and new clean machines. And best of all, a drop off and pick up service very reasonably priced! We had a huge cotton quilt, too big for our washer, and they did a terrific job, even getting out a bad stain! Highly recommend. read more

Needed clean towels, but our beach rental didn't have a washing machine. Tried going to the place right at the edge of Rehoboth Beach proper, next to the Cumberland Farms. That place was dirty and weird, and I lost $3 on 2 machines before aborting mission. So I headed up Rte. 1 to this place, which was clean and well-lit. Very helpful staff showed me how to use the machines. Customers were kind to each other. Chairs and a television while you wait. And they do fluff and fold too, if you have the money but not the time. read more

Very clean, efficient facility with extremely sweet and friendly staff. I found them both generous and helpful in advising me on how to get rid of a tough stain on a white shirt, and they were kind enough to lend me a product that removed it. I'm traveling from California staying at a hotel in Rehoboth which has no laundry service. Was desperate to wash some key items. This place was a lifesaver. The guy who runs it was so attentive & helpful. The machines are brand new & extremely clean & well-maintained. They even have a kids corner & nice bathroom.
