If you don't like having clothing disappear at the dry-cleaners, I'd suggest avoiding this place. I took in a suit, worn once. Picked it up, took it out=of-town for a funeral. On the morning of the service, while getting dressed, I discovered that that slacks were missing. I called and was told "oh, this happens all the time." I assumed this meant that the slacks were probably just misplaced, like it was not a problem. So I didn't worry about it, but had to wear jeans to the funeral. When I visited the cleaners, it was like "well, we don't have your pants, no big deal." So now I have a suit jacket, worn twice. Having never had this kind of experience with a dry cleaners before, I've now learned to double-check the count on the ticket and to take inventory when picking the garments up. (Oddly, enough, I noticed that when I picked up the suit, I first had to submit the ticket which then disappeared view immediately.) read more

Only so so.! They send everything out and shirt collars come back pressed absolutely flat. Buttons get crushed or broken and are left un-repaired . read more

Do not use this dry cleaners. I brought my clothes in on a Friday. I noticed a deal posted in the window, 3 for the price of two. I brought 12-16 pieces of clothing. The woman promised to give me that deal even though it was a day early. I thought that was a kind gesture for a big order and a new customer. I come back on Tuesday to get my clothes and the lady informs me that me entire order isn't available until after 3, but that one of my dresses "bled". When I asked if my clothes were ruined I could not get a straight answer. I had to speak with the individual cleaning them over the phone to understand what was going on. Though the woman tried to say my dress was not damaged, it was. The gentleman explained that he was attempting to get the dye out of my color blocked dress ( black, white and blue). I had planned on leaving the area early the next morning, but because of this mishap I was forced to stay an additional day to resolve this issue. Overall, I had a horrible experience. The owner tried to act like he was doing me a favor by refunding me for the cost of my dress (that I had only worn once by the way). He argued with me, the staff argued with me, and some of the other clothes were not even cleaned properly. When I pointed out the poor cleaning, the woman stated that when it's "rush" it's not always cleaned well. A cleaners that doesn't think they have to clean your clothes properly. Wow. It is a huge mistake to take your clothing to this place. Go to a more reputable establishment with better service and more class. Now I'm down one dress, and hours of frustration and inconvenience. If i could give ZERO stars, i would....Took 2 pea coats to be cleaned because they both had make-up on the collars. It was $10 for each, so $20 total. Last winter (2016) i paid $49.99 for each one. It took over a week to get them back. I didn't check them on the spot, as they were both in the same plastic overwrap on one hanger. Hung them in the coat closet when I got home. A few days later, I took out the blue one, tore off the dry cleaning tag, and hung in backseat of my car in case i needed it when i got off of work at 10pm. (It wasn't too cold when I left for work at 12noon). That night, I went to wear it and noticed bleach stains all over the front and down one arm. When i got home, i took out the black one. The threads are hanging off of 1 of the buttons, and its covered in lint. On top of that, the make-up stains werent completely gone. The woman at the store today refused to listen to what i had to say and accused me of wearing them, which is completely false. She kept speaking over me and interrupting me. She refused any type of compensation and threatened 2 call the police on me!! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I have found a cheaper dry cleaning place nearby where they don't send it out. Do not use this Cleaners. I took a pair of shoes with a slight mark on the heel to see if the could repair. They called me and told me they could not and when I got them back they had a big gash on the side and are no longer wearable. I called the owner Joe and he will not take responsibility. If he spoke to the girl who took them in he would know they did not receive them in that condition. Very Dishonest read more
