A month later they sent me an invoice for the full amount. I called, they'd lost the check. I gave them a credit card to pay the bill. 6 weeks later, they cashed my check. I called, spoke with Justin who apologized and assured me they'd write me a check to cover the overpayment. 2 months later, zip, nothing, nada. They dont answer my calls, texts, or emails. I now have the BBB involved. Maybe they will be successful. Im extremely disappointed.

We rented a dumpster from Better Bins when we needed to clean out my father's house. I had never…read morerented a dumpster before, but was thoroughly explained the process, and Maggie made the rental transaction a breeze. The dumpster was delivered right on time, and the driver was very nice. He carefully placed the dumpster in our driveway, putting down blocks to protect the concrete. He explained how to open, close, and lock the dumpster door. We filled up the dumpster within two days, so I had to call Maggie back to request another. The pick up and delivery was fast, so we had no delay in our cleaning out. We ended up using 5 dumpsters, and each pick up and delivery was fast. Each time I called Maggie, my calls were handled professionally and caring. I highly recommend this dumpster service.
