Due to their poor performance the owner assured me he would refund me a full month of cost and reimburse me for a large framed print I had in my conference room. I waited a month and asked if he was going to send me the month's cost and cost of the print and received no reply at all. It's been another month since my email and no comment or reply. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone to use. Poor management and poor service. Don't waste your time with this company.

Dirty toilet bowl water was left sloshing around in a cup inside the cleaning caddy, spilling over and contaminating all the tools. Shockingly, this same contaminated caddy is used to hold the tools for cleaning kitchens where families prepare food. Worst of all, the same rags used to clean the inside of the toilet were used by the trainers to wipe the entrance floors at the end of the shift. Paying clients should be deeply concerned about severe cross-contamination being tracked into their homes by this unprofessional company.

We should have been given an estimate. They also did the property we moved into and said they did all the cabinets, but when I went to put things away I found that they did not. When I asked, they said it was cleaned. They did a great job on the frig and floors, but I'm very disappointed on the finished work and the cost.

The cleaning was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8am and her and her counterpart, Vanessa, arrived at 7:45am to inspect the home before getting started. Claudia walked me through everything she planned on cleaning, which I appreciated, and I stayed out the way to let them work. For a 1900 sq. ft. home, the cleaning took about 3 hours. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and arranged necessary items to make the home look nice and tidy. The one-time cleaning service was $250, which included a deep clean of the oven as well. Claudia was super sweet and very personable, you can tell she takes pride in her work.
