They will not answer their phones so its impossible for her to contact them unless she goes there in person. The only problem is that she is disabled and has to work around my work sched until I can get time off to take her and they keep leaving messages that she will soon owe MORE money if she doesnt pay. They do not answer their phones so how are people supposed to contact them? Edit: They contacted my mother back and stated it took them the 8 months to decide if they wanted a larger copay even though she had already paid the bill in cash. They were not supposed to charge her insurance at all. All the person had to say was that it was her mistake but they still need the money since it has already been billed. She told them she's not going to pay for something she already paid for and to which they admitted was their mistake. She was then told she would be sued. So! They weren't supposed to bill her insurance, admitted it was their mistake and still want more money for something she already paid for and also HAS THE RECIEPT FOR. This is the Eyecare professional of your choice? I have some beach front property in Arizona you may enjoy.

I went in two weeks ago to purchase new sunglasses and glasses (after browsing selections of frames in 5 other businesses). As I wanted something a little more stylish than I typically wear, it was a long decision process for me. They were with me every step of the way over the course of three visits and they provided a great discount for the pair that was not covered by insurance. AND then they rushed the order so I could get my glasses before my vacation. Big shout out to Katie! Glasses are back, I see better than I have in a long time, and I will definitely be back for my next exam and purchase!

I had one set of glasses that had become scratched and much to my surprise, they replaced the damaged lens without charge. I once had a problem with Transition lenses that they were not centered properly over my eye pupil, and I had to tilt my head to get the distance focus correct. I lived with that work around ok until my next set (new correction) and on the new frames/glasses, the optician worked hard to get them centered properly. No problem after that. I've also stopped in a few times when a lens was coming loose or a frame was coming loose and the optician fixed those problems without charge.

I have been going here for the last couple years, so I have been in for two appointments…read more Unfortunately when I switched insurance, this was one of the few places I could go. The actual exams aren't bad and everyone has always been quite friendly. My wait has never been too bad either and it's a clean establishment. Most frames are pretty expensive, so I just go with the most decent frames I can get that are completely covered by my insurance and then pay for my contacts on the side. My biggest complaint is they make requesting your information so complicated and I just gave up for now. Maybe it's who I talked to (she could have been new or something I don't know) but she wouldn't even fax it over when I said I could do it that way if it was easier. I feel like she didn't like when I said I wanted to start ordering my contacts online, and maybe look into ordering some new frames and lenses online because it would be more affordable than the frames they offer (that I actually like). I'd look into going elsewhere if I could to be honest, but my insurance only covers so many places in the area. At least it isn't terrible but I feel like it should be easier to have my own information sent over to me especially with other places in the past I have had no problem...
