I first met Nathalie in 2017 when I hired her to run an estate sale, and she did a fantastic job! A few years later, after moving back to Vancouver in 2020, I found myself overwhelmed with too much stuff while downsizing from a house to an apartment. I reached out to Nathalie again, and she worked wonders--helping me sort through everything, get organized, and let go of things I really didn't need. If you're looking for a top-notch organizer, I can't recommend Nathalie enough. And the best part? She offers a completely free initial consultation! She'll come to your home, take the time to understand your needs, and help create a plan that might just transform your space--and your life--in ways you hadn't even considered.

I built my house with 3X drawers and closets of most houses. Then kept filling them past 9 years tossing only expired food :) So messy and disorganized. Natalie re-organized my kitchen, large pantry, two large hall closets, built-ins, office, and garage storage system. Bonus was that hiring her held me accountable to deal with a few other areas I have put off, and donate things I had not/would not use, like folding chairs, bicycle, etc.

Poor quality. High price tag. Staging was dirty and dingy. Really disappointing. See photos.read more

Having sold several vacant properties in the past, we believe that staging a vacant home can…read moreenhance its appearance to prospective home-buyers. This was our first experience with On Stage. Their furniture and furnishings, though not high-end, were adequate and the few rooms which they did furnish, worked well. But our issue is this: They knew our budget and they promised to work within that budget. What they essentially did was a bait and switch on the price and the number of rooms we agreed that they would furnish. The wanted more money at the last minute. This underhanded tactic was employed by the company two days before the house was to be listed and available for showings. And, only three days before its Open House; Something On Stage was acutely aware of. Further, the company's rep misrepresented the daily rate should the furnishings be in the house over the term of the 30-day contract. The amended deal was now $6 more for each day! Our realtor, who was equally displeased, said that because of the late date, it would be impractical to try and get another staging company to come out the house with a new offer. As a consequence, we felt that On Stage coerced us into signing an agreement which they knew was not what we initially consented to nor what we mutually agreed upon. There are other staging companies out there which I have to believe are more ethical when dealing with their clients than is On Stage

I love RH ! More so for the vibes and the magnanimity of the store -high ceiling , beautiful pieces…read more, big staircase -I love everything about it . This one like most other 's is a multi level store with lots of furniture, accessories, lighting etc. The employees are friendly and greet you right at the door but not too overbearing .If I am browsing I let them know that but if I am looking for a specific piece of furniture I do let them know the details, so that they can help guide based on preferences . A lot of customization is offered and the wait times hopefully are not as bad as they were during covid . The membership is great because the prices do get discounted substantially. They use third party delivery services if you need it delivered to your house but it comes at an additional cost even if you are a member . I am a big fan of the chandeliers and light fixtures and even though they are pricey , I feel one can easily elevate any space with those . But having said that -its an Investment in itself . I wish they had the RH restaurant that they have in other cities because the patio up here is gorgeous .

After sending a few emails with questions I ended up making making a trip back to the store to see some things for myself. The "designer" committed to following up with a quote for several pieces but there was absolutely no follow up today. Additionally, more than one person in this store misrepresented where the pieces are made. The origin of their couches is China but when asked directly if a certain model was made by XX company in the US, they say yes. It's unfortunate. I really thought I found what I was looking for but likely will keep searching. Do your homework before making a major purchase here unless you have $12k or more to flush down the toilet. The store is stunning but it's a flawed model.
