He never tried to sell us on anything but he was always available when we had product questions and was quick to share his expert knowledge and advice. Whenever we approached him during our showroom visit, he was super responsive and always got us the answers we needed. Before Ferguson's, we stopped by a more conveniently located appliance store and had a pretty crap experience. The salesperson we approached was too busy surfing the internet at his desk to even get up and help us. He half-answered a couple of questions from his chair before we decided to leave. It wasn't the kind of service I was looking for when I'm trying to spend some $$. (Okay...rant over.) Back to Raj--he made what could have been a pretty stressful and expensive process feel easy like a Sunday morning. He took great care of us every step of the way and we ended up purchasing our entire kitchen appliance package from him: wall ovens, range hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. He even uses a Google image of the home to show a sample of what the home will look like when the service is done. Despite being in the thick of busy season, they managed to put me on the schedule very quickly so we could enjoy the lights for as long as possible before Christmas Day. The service itself was exceptional! Alexis and I spoke about what was going to be done in detail before he started, and then he simply took care of the rest. The end result is beyond anything we had expected. The lights are perfectly uniform, there's a light at each peak point of our roof line (I love the attention to detail!), no loose/drooping wires anywhere, and the lights themselves couldn't be easier to operate with the wireless remote that's included. I purchased a dining table in early December and after check out, realized I was charged tax on the shipping cost for this large item which was near nearly $500 on its own. I have been asking via email if it is typical to apply this practice since it has never happened on any other purchase, and shipping is not a tangible good. I have sent multiple follow up emails to their support team and have received no response. Today I come here to write this review and realized from other folks that had I purchased this item from Instagram I would not have been charged the shipping at all and I'm now even angrier that this appears to be what I would consider unprofessional and deceptive practices. A much bigger concern than the non-response of emails. I attempted to buy the table on IG and sure enough no shipping charge. Because the item that I purchased was considered nonrefundable, I now think I'm going to have to dispute the entire charge with my credit card company and reject the delivery unless they are willing to refund my shipping cost which considering the lack of emails, is highly unlikely. I'm greatly disappointed and have found that their business practices have become questionable since they were acquired by Food 52.
