We needed to take a break from the absolutely outstanding national Gallery, and finding a place where we could get off our feet for a while and enjoy some tea and food was just what the doctor ordered. The space is extremely attractive with a large yellow velvet banquet at which we were seated. My daughter had fish and chips that were excellent, and I had a cream tea. Lots of folks nearby were enjoying tea or even champagne, and it's a pleasant space in which to take a break from enjoying the incredible art at the national Gallery.
