Beware of Lee's Repair Service, 123 Harmony Church Rd, Eatonton, GA, especially if you are a senior or have an elderly family member. My elderly mother asked them to install a new belt and guards on her Craftsman riding lawnmower. They instead preformed $700.00 worth of work she didn't approve-oil change, oil filter, new blades ( she had only just paid 200.00 two months before to have sharpened), charged battery ( also bought new two months before), and break pad. When she questioned the work approval and costs, the owner tried to gaslight her stating "we talked about it" and became angry and condescending telling her "it's hot, and I did all that work". Feeling it was a he said, she said situation she felt she had no choice but to pay the charges in order to get her mower back. It was not until the day after he returned her mower that she found the repair ticket attached to the engine of the mower which clearly states exactly what she requested. In addition to the unauthorized work, they stated the charge for pick up and delivery was 150.00 since they were an hour away, according to google maps, they are only 38 mins from her home. No honest repair business takes advantage of seniors or anyone else.They should be ashamed. I have filed a formal complaint with Georgia Attorney Generals Office and reporting this to BBB. Others should be warned.

We live Eatonton. We have used Lee's repair service a few times over the years, never a problem…read more Once it was a gas blower, once an old lawn tractor and last week a Cub Cadet Garden tractor. It stopped running agter sounding like the engine was off sequence and loud. Then it stopped completely and would not restart. Lee picked it up, repaired the key starter, adjusted the valves, and other work. Before he picked it up we discussed having it serviced of he could get it running. He changed the oil, sharpened blades once he got it running. All of this was done per our verbal conversation. The price was reasonable as well as picking it up and delivering it back to us. He is a nice young man and has always been straight forward with us. We recommend him. He stays busy so it might take a week or so, but as of right now, it runs great.
