Since my registration in January 2015 I've been told that they are planning to implement online appointment booking - but when, no-one knows. That suggestion may be as empty as the promise to offer that service on the website in the first place... At least, receptionists are friendly, despite of the numerous amount of unhappy discontent customers they probably have to deal with on a daily basis.

After a session with Lucy Lui at 7&7 Herbs & Acupuncture I was able to enjoy the 4 mile walk around The Great Orme at Llandudno - which REALLY made my holiday complete. I went back to Lucy the next day for another acupuncture session on my back and continue to feel more energised and relaxed by this as well.

They don't do Saturday appointments, and it's really hard to get them on the phone. When I HAVE been for an appointment, though, the service given by my dentist has been excellent. It's more the reception staff that let them down which is a shame. EDIT: Today's experience was much better. The receptionist was much more friendly today! I have added a third star.
