The receptionists are always very welcoming friendly and happy to help, as is the hygenist. They open until eight a couple of times of week which is very handy if you work in a 9 to 5 job. I've rarely been made to wait for an appointment, in fact more often not I've been in the chair five minutes before my scheduled appointment. I can't say I enjoy my visits but if you've got to go to a dentist then you could do much worse than go to this one.

She told off her colleague twice in the first few minutes and repeatedly talked over me when I tried to explain my problem. There was no way I was going to continue trust this person as my dentist so I got up and left. I should have known better as multiple people have warned me about {my}dentist which I now know to be true. Never again.

It turned out that there should have been three dentists on duty but one had phoned in sick and one had been stranded in Poland! The one who had turned up was undoubtedly working his socks off but there was no way he could cope with the workload of three men. I waited about an hour but when it became clear I'd still be sat there for hours to come I got up and left. Why no one had the wit and wisdom to start phoning patients and rearranging appointments I'll never know. I never went back and have now registered with a competent dental practice.

Absolutely not,,,, their facilities were so. so, I got buggered around about appointments having been told to get there 45 mins. early I finally got ushered in aat 5':25 p.m. and met a condescending as "the man" who did not tell me anything new... His first offence was that he told me our wonderful family dentist who had refererd me, was great "because he knew his limitations" ....However in fairness it was valid. advice.. though It totally reaffirmed the exxpertise here in the USA for about half the cost.. but at least I checked it out. But no thanks... I spent an hour with him and coughed up two hundred quid in cash (he mentioned I was 3 quid short) I declined the written report because I did not want the spend another two hundred quid on a written report
