Another awesome experience at Octane Garage! They completed an oil change and this place was the most thorough I've been too! The inspection report is something I have never seen other places do, even attached pictures to show you! That part is super cool and helpful! I can't say enough good things about the whole crew at Octane garage. I am an RV transporter, and my 2018 Silverado 3500 ran into a DPF issue as I was coming into Gillette with a 19,000lb 5th wheel in tow. I called octane garage the next morning, spoke to Cassie and she said bring it in, and they will squeeze it in their busy schedule. by mid that day, they had the truck in, and a good complete and thorough diagnosis done of what the true issue was. Luckily, all of the parts needed were readily available and on the shelf, they had my truck completely fixed and had me back on the road the very next day. Service by like that is hard to find nowadays, and they all understood that as a commercial driver time is very important to me as my downtime means I'm not getting paid until my truck is back up. If you have any issues with your vehicle, I would highly recommend calling octane first, as they will do everything in their power to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. This place was great! I had a severe rattling every time I hit the smallest bump, and when I dropped my car off at the garage they asked to drive with me for a minute to make sure they were hearing the same sounds I was hearing. The sound was very obvious and within an hour after after dropping it off they called me with the diagnosis and anticipated cost. I gave the go ahead, and they fixed it within a couple hours. When I came to pick it up, the cost was true to the phone estimate and I was on my merry way with no more rattling! The only complaint I have is that google maps took me into the middle of nowhere and I got totally lost. From town, on highway 59, take a right at the light at Jakes Tavern onto Southern drive and keep going until you see a white water tower and then turn on the road right before it (wheel drive) and it's a building with a big blue roof. It's easy once you find it the first time. I'll definitely be taking my car and my husbands car here for future repairs and recommend it to my friends! read more

I had high hopes for this place at first, but over the course of a couple months they were completely ruined. Around late February of 2021, I brought in my vehicle to have a fuel leak diagnosed. After leaving my car with them for a few hours, I got the call back and was informed that I had a crack in the top of my fuel tank and that it would need to be replaced. Dave, the service manager at the time, told me he had found a used tank for my car online that was in great condition to save me money from buying a new one. At first I didn't have all the necessary funds for such a costly repair, but once I did I called them back to have the part ordered, and was told it would take about a week to get in. A month later, I had received no news nor correspondence from anyone. So I called them myself and spoke with Dave again, and asked if he had any updates. He told me he hadn't seen anything yet, but that he'd look into it and give me a call back. I never received a call back, and after another exasperated month of waiting, I called Octane once again and asked to speak to Dave. I was soon informed that Dave had moved and no longer worked there, and the person who had taken over his position had been given no information about my situation. I was once again given the spiel of they'll look into it and call me back. Yet again this was an empty promise and I received absolutely nothing. A few weeks later I decided I was completely fed up with Octane Garage, and took my car to a different shop, and within half an hour the mechanic let me know that my fuel tank was perfectly fine, and that it was instead a broken fuel line. Receiving not only a blatant misdiagnosis of my issue but then horrid customer service afterwards has ensured that I will never come back to Octane Garage despite others' more positive experiences. read more
