The only con is the wait time (30+ days), although this was already shorter than their lead time during Covid. Their installers did an excellent job - professional and courteous. There was a minor glitch but they addressed it immediately. Overall a good experience.

We called CTG and within a day they had a customer service guy here who disassembled the section, took it back to the shop and everything was repaired and back in place perfectly. Although there were some scheduling issues for the reinstall during the Christmas and New Year holidays, it was on our end, not theirs. We have nothing but the highest compliments to pay this company. And they even followed up after the reinstall to make sure all was working. Service like this is unheard of these days.
