Jennifer has an eye for scale, color synergy, and detail - every piece she suggested was perfect for the space. The home is an open concept and everything flows from one room to the next. She also hit the mark on style, comfort, and functionality with fabric choices that are extremely durable. Additional strengths are her flexibility and excellent customer service. She worked around our schedule and at our pace which was extremely hectic and inconsistent with the relocation. She prepared several choices, communicated concepts electronically, and supported us on the weekends I was in town. I had to place air fresheners throughout the house to mask the smell of the couches she used on the main level of our home. We could have bought the furniture and given it to a charity after the sale of our home for less than what we paid her and I wish we had. Finally her interaction with us was very harsh. Her emphasis on paying within days of the invoice date indicates that her company is running on a thread. I do not recommend Ready to Sell. There are many other staging companies in Portland that will do a much better job for you.

The customer service was terrible. We signed a one month contract from 7/25 through 8/25. I notified them with an email on 8/21 that the home sold and we would not be extending. I was told that I didn't notify them soon enough and they would be charging an additional $550. I was told I should have notified them on the 17th because they require 5 days to destage. On 9/1 at 9am the staging has not been removed. (10 days after I emailed them)

We hired this company in September 2025 for a full home remodel and paid about $60k in deposits and progress payments. Throughout the project, we were repeatedly told the home would be move-in ready by mid-November and that a guest bathroom was "usable." When we arrived onsite on Nov 27, we found unsafe and unusable conditions that were later confirmed by two independent licensed GCs, including damage to drywall and paint, tile that had to be removed to access underlying damage, exposed electrical work, plumbing done without permits, and partially constructed areas left unsafe. We later learned the GC was not licensed in Washington State, permits were never pulled, and subcontractors had not been paid despite our payments. Subcontractors contacted us directly about payment and lien concerns. Our insurance claim for resulting property damage was denied due to workmanship exclusions. As of January 2026, the home is still uninhabitable and must be redone by licensed professionals. We're posting this to help others avoid a similar situation.

While Brie gave me the opportunity to weigh in on the decor, I chose to leave the choices to her and she chose furnishing that fit the nature of the house and the demographics of the neighborhood. Brie and Marc installed the settings and then removed them in timely manners and left the house spotless after both visits. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

They explained it was likely due to them not being familiar with the home. And also said the dust bunnies left under the middle of the dining room table were likely stuck to the chair legs. (But they were literally in the middle of the floor under the table). They did offer to come back and reclean a couple days later but that didn't work in my schedule so I just cleaned it myself. I sent photos of the missed areas to be clear about what was missed. I was told open feedback was welcome. They were supposed to come back and clean monthly. A couple days after I confirm scheduling for their next cleaning (yes I was willing to give it another chance) I get an email that they won't be returning as we aren't a fit. The complaint included that I was unable to get on the phone and talk to them (I'm on the phone all day with work so couldn't answer when they called so provided everything to them in text message). -and that they were frustrated I cleaned the areas myself rather than having them come back at an inconvenient time for me. I didn't ask for any of my money back from the deep clean and was willing to have them back to try regular cleaning. Go ahead and give them a try but when they miss areas be prepared that they will just cancel you rather than taking the feedback and improving. Very unprofessional.

Jackie returned my call to inquire the same day, and put me at east right away with her friendliness, competence, and confidence. After a lovely a phone conversation, followed by a visit to my home to tour the space, I knew in my heart that I'd lucked into something wonderful. From literally day one through the final walk-through, Jackie made me feel completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the industry, exemplary taste, and deep commitment to my comfort with every decision never wavered. She truly listened to me, spent countless hours talking me through each step, and continuously impressed me with her ability to keep straight the countless details a full-house remodel entails. Jackie's communication skills are exemplary. She provided me with updates almost every day and held fast to the timeline she set early on. Throughout the several months we worked together, there was never a challenge that arose that Jackie wasn't right on top of. Projects of this size inevitably have their twists and turns, but Jackie was always one step ahead with a solution (sometimes more than one!) Throughout the project, Jackie remained incredibly accessible. She made time for my questions and ensured that I had I had all the information needed to inform each decision. I could go on and on, but the end result is that I am overjoyed with my newly remodeled home and truly feel that discovering Space Reimagined was the best thing to happen to me in 2023. Cascade Painting just finished painting our 2 story house and my husband and I are blown away with…read morehow great a job they did. Our house outer walls are T1-11, a type of grooved plywood. The builder had barely painted and sealed the surface leaving it open to the PNW weather. I was afraid we'd have to put new siding on at great expense because it looked so bad. Sam Mitowski and his crew did a fabulous job prepping the surface and put a second coat of primer on to make sure there was good adherence for the the paint. My neighbors are all impressed and I'm handing Sam's card to anyone who asks. We have more interior work to do and then I'm having the crew back to paint the house's interior. I'd like to note that we've refreshed and sold three homes we've lived in. Sam impressed by his preference to use Benjamin Moore paint. I've seen cheaper paints fade and/or shift color in less than 5 years. There's a reason interior designers/professionals prefer this brand- it's durable and easy to clean. (I do not now nor I have never worked for BM paint. I'm not related to anyone who works or owns stock there. I simply find it the best paint for the purpose. Their primers not only make surfaces take paint better, they save money on more $ paint.)
