I find Dr. John quite smart about knowing how aggressive to be in making the adjustment. I use Shannon for my 60 minute deep tissue massage, although if I'm in a lot of pain I'll try 90 minutes if she can fit me into her schedule. She is quite adept at finding the worst areas of pain & tightness and helping me loosen up and reduce my pain levels.
