What really sets Creed apart is how thoughtfully he tailors his programs. My husband's training is always designed around his real life--frequent travel, a demanding work schedule, and evolving diet and health needs. Creed consistently adjusts workouts to be effective, sustainable, and realistic, which has made it possible for my husband to stay strong and healthy year after year. Creed is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in long-term results, not quick fixes. If you're looking for a trainer who understands how to build strength and health while balancing a busy life, I can't recommend Creed Black and Calibrated Fitness highly enough.

Creed is incredibly patient and always takes the time to educate us on a deep level. His knowledge of health and fitness is extensive and he has taught us so much about our own bodies. We are extremely grateful that we met a trainer who truly cares about his clients and we cannot recommend Creed enough!

Plenty of parking and the studio is spacious, clean, has two restrooms, and a shower. They also offer child care which is a nice bonus (I do believe you have to pay extra). It is a friendly, clean, welcoming studio. I was never able to stick to regular exercise until I tried Alkalign 5 months ago; now I go 2x/week and I don't even mind it. Results: I'm noticeably stronger, my previous back pain (which I'd chalked up to being a person over 30 who sits at a desk all day) only visits me rarely now, my posture is better, and my butt looks great. All the instructors are really knowledgeable and give individualized adjustments during class to help you maximize gains and avoid injury. If you're an exercise beginner: Classes were a bit hard at first since I was starting from zero, but instructors were always kind and encouraging. They're happy to give modifications to make it easier and you're welcome to go at your own pace. Before you know it you'll be able to do the harder versions and you'll be amazed at what you can do.

Let's find a program that fits our schedule and really works. We researched the fitness programs in the Peninsula and South Bay area. Based on a recommendation, we signed up for the Pilates Cardiocamp. The class is weekday mornings in Los Altos. Best thing we ever did. The Pilates Cardiocamp is not just focused on Pilates but works on a whole fitness regimen that also incorporate bootcamp exercise drills to increase clients cardio endurance helping them loose weight, increase their energy, and maintain and healthy heart. Bootcamp classes have swept the nation offering intensive exercise drills to help you tone and lose the inches. Now these same drills are combined with the Pilates method bringing together the most talk about exercise experience since jazzercise. This program provides it ALL core training, cardio and strength- training exercises to help you lose weight, increase muscle tone, endurance and have fun! It is for all levels of fitness. So, we showed up and met Michelle Melendez who is the lead trainer and owner of Pilates Cardiocamp. Wow, it was exhilarating as she pushed us to our limits. Our day included a 20-25 minute Pilates routine working from beginner exercises to more advanced moves. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we went through a 20-30 minute cardio drill around beautiful paths, up hills and through redwood trees. Tuesday and Thursday alternates with intense strength training exercises. This program offers core training, cardio drills, strength training, daily stretching, push-ups, and more. The pace is very doable. There is fun in working out with these motivated people and great support. We stuck through the class for its duration. It has resulted in getting in much better shape, a gain of new energy and an overall much better feeling. Pilates Cardiocamp combines Pilates with some traditional exercises. If you are serious about getting in shape in a program you can stick with, I highly recommend Pilates Cardiocamp.

He has everything you want in a trainer: professionalism; unparalleled expertise on all things health and wellness related; and a kind, friendly approach that will appeal to anyone. He knows just how hard to push you so you are always advancing, but not so much that you risk injuries, or become too intimidated to continue. He is open-minded, creative, and collaborative. For people who are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, know that he helped train my wife throughout her pregnancy and afterwards. Without a doubt, he is the reason that my wife was able to follow her own birth plan-the doctor was skeptical that she would be able to deliver without a C-section given the size of our baby and because she had spent 2 days in labor before beginning to push. But Jason had helped prepare her-both her core and her stamina-and she was able to deliver our kid safely in under 2 hours. The doctor called her the 'best pusher' she's ever seen-and that is because of Jason. In other words, he is perfect. Jason is also just a funny, smart, and interesting guy to be around-we have enjoyed not just working with him, but becoming his friend. We trust him with our life, and you will, too.

It has completely changed the way I train for the better! Working with Jason has really levelled up my understanding of how to train for functional performance, strength and mobility that will serve me in the long-run - how to move better, breathwork and recovery, integrating mobility, and the mind & body connection. I'm sure anyone who has trained with Jason will know that he is always learning, experimenting, and exploring new methods in his own training, and he will often share new insights and techniques with his clients. He draws a lot from his own practice and reflection, and I think that's why he has a really good grasp of how certain movement patterns work with your body, and where the gaps are. Not to mention I don't know what I would've done without his guidance when I strained my hip through running. He prescribed several drills that not only resolved the pain very quickly, but I've now come out of it with better body mechanics and alignment. I'm really grateful to have found Jason and I would highly recommend him!
