We had another issue with the new unit this week, put in a new service request the owner came out for less than 10 minutes and left because it just so happened to be working for that 10 minute period of time he was there and then stopped working again. He chalked it up to "everything is fine" but knew we were having multiple issues for multiple days and multiple weeks. Had to put another service request in less than 48 hrs later, he accepted the service ticket, scheduled to come out 2 days later and then texted my husband to cancel coming out saying he has to prioritize other homes that have issues and 95° in their houses and he can't come back to our house for another 4 days. He assumed our home was cooling, which it isn't. Our small children are unable to sleep because of the varying extreme heat in the home. This is just the icing on the cake of the unprofessional and unethical behaviors this owner has shown. If you have a home warranty stay far away from him and his company. He looks for any opportunity to add in extra fees where he can that isn't covered. He also refuses to talk on the phone and communicates only via text. He deserves to have his contract with home warranties revoked. I'm sure once he sees this review he's going to lose his shit and demand I remove this review, but I bet it'll certainly make him prioritize our home equal those who don't have home warranties.

He was very informative on when he would be here, he fix the heat in a timely manner and let me know future work that had to be done. He also did this on a Saturday afternoon for a reasonable price for it being done outside regular business hours. He definitely earned our return business in the future. Highly recommended
