December 24th I paid for a catalytic converter on my 2021 Chevy Silverado which they specifically…read moretold me my truck wouldn't take after market parts, yet they installed an after market converter without my knowledge then claimed it was all GM parts. Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

After the inspection, Instead of just telling me I needed brakes and trying to sell me everything, Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes on each axle and explained exactly what should be done now, and also what could wait a while if I want. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. The price was what I had hoped, no surprises. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom, I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center in my entire life. They earned my future business and I will be returning for all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance going forward!

But after coming to see my vehicle, diagnosing it, and me paying him an inspection fee, he ghosted me. Has not responded in over a week and has ignored my texts. I think it's extremely unprofessional and rude to just scam me and not communicate back in any way. So now I must go and spend more money at a different shop and my car is still broken. Save yourself from wasting your time and money.
