Worst service I have ever received in my life to say the least, these folks offered me 300 bucks for my car and told me would pick it up in the morning, calls at 2Pm leaves no messages, than argues with me that I didn't answer or called back. During the part where I was getting BLAMED FOR NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE OR CALLING BACK, dispatch tells me he doesn't want the car anymore. What kind of business is this? ****bring your own tools and boots **** This is my first time going to a salvage/junkyard and it was a great experience the parking was a little hectic since I have a big truck but I made it work I went to the place stating I've never been there before and they told me how it worked. all I needed was a simple headlight connector for my Ford and they told me where similar trucks would be and they were right I cut the connector and showed them what I got and it was really cheap I would recommend and go back there again read more

I needed my car towed to a salvage yard. The first time I called U-Pull, they took my information down but never returned my call. I persisted, as they advertised the best prices for your car around. This was not precisely true; another Fort Myers location quoted me $25 more. But I went with U-Pull because my car was in Naples, and U-Pull offered to tow it at no charge, whereas my tow bill would have greatly exceeded $25 had I used the other place. Anyway, I got my quote for my vehicle in Naples - I emphasized the 'in Naples' several times as I didn't want any surprise towing charges - and they said they would arrive between 8:30 and 9 am the next morning. I arrived at the auto shop where my car was at 8:15am. About 9:20am I received a very confused call. The auto shop receptionist was the one to realize that they were on Shirley Street - but a Shirley Street in Fort Myers, not the one I was on in Naples! After all that emphasizing Naples on the phone, apparently someone did not copy down the full address. The tow truck did not arrive until 10:30am, a full 2 hours after they said they'd be there! It was very stressful because I was supposed to work my shift job at 10am, so I essentially lost an hour of work by the time I was able to get there. This was a very sloppy mistake. Unfortunately it does not seem like they have their business end well-run. read more
