The staff at this location is excellent. Everyone I've dealt with is kind and helpful. They all seem to genuinely love books and helping those of us who still love to purchase books. If they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, they'll do what they can to find what I need. This branch also loves to do a lot of community activities. A lot of the staff are Harry Potter fans, as they decorate it a lot with Potter decor and fun. I know coming soon their hosting their own version of the "Yule Ball". I hope to attend myself! They do a lot of fun events like this, for kids and adult. I think it's such a great way to get people more involved in the book store. They don't all involve Harry Potter, but being a Potter fan myself, those events in particular make it awesome. If you're looking for a book store in the area, definitely check out this location!

My husband mentioned that the shopping center was literally created for just me because it has a lot of my favorite shops in the same center. Extremely friendly employees that helped my husband find the medical books that he was looking for and my sons all found something that they wanted. They also get you with their return policy, which is none. All sales are final at the store I went to. Which makes it easy for them when it comes to customers that are not familiar with their store. I found this out as I bought something and then tried to return it the same day as I found it for 1/3 cheaper at another store. So they got me. I would HIGHLY recommend not buying from this store. Or at the very least, price check whatever item you are looking at with other stores in your area.
