Staff are typically so high you can't even communicate with them.Been there 12 times budtenders never have any knowledge of the products or the register. Always trying to pressure you into buying old or inferior products there trying to get rid of instead of what you want. 90% of products are behind the counter where you can't see them and there's no paper menu to tell you what's available. 12 visits and not one time did I not have to point out i was given wrong product and or change. do not waste your money. long wait times, low inventory etc. but that's not the worst part- if you rely on their online order service DO NOT!!! a few weeks ago i placed an order on weed maps and over an hour had gone by with it still showing "processing order" so i just showed up to be told that they actually don't check weed maps at all, it's best to just order on their app/website because that way they're guaranteed to pay attention to your order? that was weird but gave another chance because it was also explained that new people were being trained. today, i order off their website like i was told last time but if you don't make an account there's no traceable record of your order until you pull up and they hand you a receipt with your "order". i placed an order for two very specific drinks that i know work for me and the pain i experience and no one calls to let me know they are out of stock, they decide to replace them with something similar but still not something i would buy for myself. i go inside and let them know the situation and immediately get told that they aren't sure but someone else might've picked the drinks FOR me since they were out. the order was marked ready just a few minutes after placing it, nowhere near the 20-30 mins quoted so there was absolutely time to let me know they didn't have something i ordered. then i'm told that actually they probably ARE the same product, and sometimes product images don't match what the product actually looks like? so i then show her no, two different names and two different fluid ounces and everything. (you can't even find the one i was given on their website i just looked.) if i had not already paid for my items through the curbside line before being handed my receipt it wouldn't have been an issue, but now i'm out of money and they don't have the products i actually ordered OR any substitute options that work for me. for some people this isn't recreational, it is medicinal and messing with that is really wrong. incredibly disappointed to have to find a new dispensary after visiting this one multiple times a week for the last year :( read more

My husband recently started suffering from a pinched nerve. After unsuccessful visits to the chiropractor, a masseuse and an acupuncturist we started considering the use of gummies to help with the pain. We asked friends for recommendations and we were informed that the dispensary located in Yuma was dark and shady. And, more expensive than the ones in Cali. It was suggested that we try the dispensary in Winterhaven, just across the bridge from Yuma. It was easy to find. Parking is adequate, there is a security officer on site and you sign in prior to entering the facility. Upon entering, it is light, bright and clean. The inventory is neatly displayed and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We didn't feel uncomfortable at all. As a new customer, my husband even received a nice discount. If we have any further needs for a marijuana product, we would not hesitate to go again. read more

i have bought vape cartridges from this dispensary 3 times and every time they have sold me an expired cartridge. the first time the cart was leaking from the bottom and i was able to return it, but the cart they exchanged it for, was still expired. today, they sold me a cart that had been packaged on 11/23/22 and when i noticed this, i went back in and they essentially said "cartridges don't expire, the THC potency just decreases" which i believe is the definition of expired. the man helping me also had me try it and assured me it would still work. there was no flavor and it tasted old and burnt. i then said just for my personal preference i would like a cart that had been manufactured and packaged at least in the year of 2023, he then gave me a cart that was packaged on 12/9/22. i opened the cart and it still had the same dark appearance as the one prior. although the customer service has been good so far and they have been helpful and understanding, me and other friends have had similar experiences with the quality of vape cartridges we have purchased from this dispensary. read more

First of all this place is amazing! Best prices and amazing knowledgeable staff. If you live in Yuma you should be taking the short trip into winterhaven to this store. One of the best I've been too. Second I wish this was Reddit so I could directly talk to the guy who gave them one star for not liking something he got FOR FREE! and for complaining about an empty cart without even going back to try to replace it. Empty carts happen in the factory and it's easy to tell the difference between one that was smoked because you can never get it all. They are understandable there and probably would have worked with him but he chose to take the the time to complain on yelp rather than go back. Anyways! I was ripped off! I got home with my $50 1g vape box, took the sticker off to open and found an empty used cartridge! I also bought an ounce of marijuana and got a free 1g zip cartridge but the flavoring makes me cough every time so I threw it out! Even if I went back, I couldn't prove that I didn't put an empty cartridge in there. I'll just never go again.
