Now, these were pre-owned, rented pieces but the quality was fantastic! Everything was super comfy and I was actually sad when I sold them because it was time to upgrade! I've since gone back multiple times to shop for decorations and additional furniture. Even their rented pieces look like they are in brand new condition and the discounts are fantastic! Even thought the seller had a no return policy, my purchase cost was immediately refunded. G&N Services is about 250 miles from where I live so I wanted to talk to a tech to see if he thought it even worth the shipping cost. I was told that the Tech Alberto was out on a call and he would call me as soon as he came in. After I explained what the problem was he suggest the same scanner that he found available on eBay that was considerably less than what the shipping of this one to them, plus their diagnostic fee and no guarantee that this one could even be fixed. This is AMAZING customer service. Before calling me Alberto had this suggested scanner already looked up to give me it's item number, I have never gotten this kind of service from any place I can recall; they actually turned business away to give me the best possible solution.
