This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had an Office Depot and I can see why the parking lot is completely empty. They took the money told me they had the product within 20 minutes when I got down here not only did they not have the product, but the manager had the audacity to yell at me. For instance, telling someone you have something in stock now she had a product that was $10 more. She could've made that right but instead decided to attack me literally physically because Paul called the employee surrounding me , even after telling her I was shaking so hard on me to raise her voice at me at least four times I left there, bawling, crying. I'll be honest it's a very good example of why Albuquerque has become a horrible place to go anywhere because it's supposed to be like that where you go and you're a good customer, why the f leave your house? When I bought my first apartment, they had a deal for $999 (not sure they still do it) and I was able to get my bedroom set including dresser, night stands and mirror, plus a couch and chair for the living room with a lamp and coffee table, and my hardwood kitchen table with four chairs! Now, these were pre-owned, rented pieces but the quality was fantastic! Everything was super comfy and I was actually sad when I sold them because it was time to upgrade! I've since gone back multiple times to shop for decorations and additional furniture. Even their rented pieces look like they are in brand new condition and the discounts are fantastic! It's been my favorite furniture secret forever!

I told the manager " this is not a price increase, this is price gouging on an insane level". Forth he tried to tell me that the brush marks would"flatten with time" and when I pointed out the not square and centered issue he said "it's custom" really this all so bogus it makes me sick. The only thing that was correct were the dimensions. Stay away from this guy he's way past his prime.
