Poor customer service. The workers were lazy and milking the clock. The people working lack people skills.

This is the best Office Depot in the south east. They will help business owners. The managers are amazing and the team really does want to make your life easier. I have been to office depots all over GA and SC and always have the worst experience but not here! This is MY STORE! This print depart is the best around ... I only still use Office Depot because of this print department.. if that store closed I'd never use another Office Depot... I have been to this store several times in the past couple of years and bought a printer, paper, and many other office needs. I have always had a good experience. When buying a printer, the young man took time to explain the different printers and help us decide which one was best for my needs. I had a printer that I was going to take a bat to, decided it was time to break down and buy a new one. read more

Here is the box from the shelf wth all of the portable hard drives displayed on it" Them: "Sorry, we don't have that in stock, or that other one either" Me: "why do you have the boxes on the shelf if you don't have them in stock?" I purchased a Magellan collection file cabinet made of particle board. You have to assemble the thing yourself. The particle board is so poorly made that the thing crumbles when you try to assemble it. I think it was stored in high humidity in the warehouse. I'll do my best to never shop at Office Depot again !!! If I do, it will be because of desperation. read more
